Lae'zel's Acrobatics

Instant

Exile all nontoken creatures you control, then roll a twenty sided die. (Remember that MTG spindowns are not well weight balanced, so please roll a die that isn't an MTG spindown.)

If you roll a 1-9 | Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
If you roll 10-20 | Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control, then exile them again. Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.

I think Cloudform and Lightform are probably too slow. Spirited Companion and Skyclave Apparition seem to fit those slots better. Some other considerations for this style of deck are Lae'zel's Acrobatics, Farewell, Solitude, Recruiter of the Guard, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Soulherder, Preston, the Vanisher, Ephemerate, and Conjurer's Closet.

Since you’re monocolor, Arcane Signet is kinda pointless, save a couple bucks and just use Mind Stone. Preston, the Vanisher will do a ton of work for you here. Lae'zel's Acrobatics can not only blink your board, but even save it all from a board wipe since the don’t return until the end of turn. Also, Teleportation Circle will help you get extra ETBs. Don’t forget your commander triggers off landfall also making cards like Felidar Retreat even more badass.

Hey there! funnily enough, I actually drafted up a Feather deck recently just for fun.

If you want more draw, some good options might be: Shelter, Sheltering Light, or maybe Loran's Escape.

Storm-Kiln Artist is another creature you might consider using just for the amount of value you'll get out of it with Feather.

Lae'zel's Acrobatics or Ghostway should definitely be replaced with Semester's End, since it actually targets and will synergize with your commander better.

Happy building!

Rasaru - updated the list to reflect what I am currently running with. Big changes including new power like Displacer Kitten/Glasspool Mimic  Flip/Chromatic Orrery/Lae'zel's Acrobatics. Invested more into Stifle effects (Tale's End, Trickbind, Disallow, Sublime Epiphany) which power up our flicker-removal value via countering the delayed trigger, some direct upgrades/substitutions (eg: Rout --> Vanquish the Horde, Sanctum Gargoyle --> Archaeomender, Fact or Fiction --> Memory Deluge), and finally caved to the mainboard Eldrazi Displacer.

Updated the deck tech and tutor targets to reflect the mainboard more accurately, added more details about why Stifle effects over raw Counterspell.

Thanks for checking it out, let me know what y

Surprised you’re not running Radiant Solar, White Plume Adventurer, or Nadaar, Selfless Paladin to really make the dungeoneering theme work best. Also, Lae'zel's Acrobatics and Cloudshift can help the blink. And if you’ve got a bit of a budget for upgrades Displacer Kitten is an adorable and efficient way to flicker your stuff.
