---

A wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey deck based on Doctor Who. Specializes in time shenanigans and disrupting opponents. Composition is mostly Teferi Tribal, Wizards, and Historic. The usual strategy is to stall and take extra turns until you can take a bunch of turns and go infinite. Since the deck doesn't have good ways to deal damage, the usual play is get a total lockdown and let opponents' deck themselves. Alternatively, "lock away the Time War" by skipping infinite turns and phasing out until everyone decks-out with Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers + a mana rock + Chronosavant + Teferi's Protection.

You also have a choice of commander:

• Niambi, Faithful Healder (and Teferi, Timebender)
• Niambi, Esteemed Speaker
• Hanna, Ship's Navigator
• Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage

Lore wise, you might recognize certain callbacks to the show.

• Time lords: Tolarian wizards, Tolarian Academy
• Companions: Niambi, Hanna, Raff, Narset (Bad Wolf)
• River Song: Tamiyo, the Moon Sage
• The Master: Tezzeret the Seeker
• Cool places through space & time: Legendary lands

Cards Keywords:

• Wizards
• Historic
• Lands
• Extra Turn
• Phasing
• Teferi
