Enchantment

All creatures have trample.

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may untap target permanent you control. If you do not, put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control that has entered the battlefield this turn.

Remove 3 loyalty counters from a Planeswalker you control, : Creature spells you cast cost less to cast until end of turn.

Make a creature that tutors up a planeswalker (like Rowan's Stalwarts or Niambi, Faithful Healer ). The name of the Planeswalker is "Navala, Mardu Stalwart" (I know this card doesn't exist. Make up what it does in your mind)

I... view them as less than ideal for anyone who knows how to play the game, as they are just cringily lacking in card draw, ramp, tutors (but wait, I hear you say--but no, Niambi, Faithful Healer is not a tutor in my book) etc. They are excellent for new players, though

I don't really like Josu Vess, Lich Knight. I want Liliana's zombie brother to be a better commander, much like Niambi, Esteemed Speaker vs. Niambi, Faithful Healer.

Searching for azorius legends got me some interesting results that would fit your resctrictions:

Bruna, Light of Alabaster seems like a greak enchantment voltron.

Medomai the Ageless seems awesome for sphinx tribal or taking turns.

Niambi, Faithful Healer would basically let you put daddy teferi at the helm.

The Moat / Humility combo isn't the sort of route I'd like to go with the deck and completely lock the board down. I've also got a Niambi, Faithful Healer superfriends deck that would benefit from making everything a 1/1 so I may jam them in there instead for added Planeswalker protection. Taigam, Ojutai Master can totally work as a lock commander though.

I'll be adding a few of the cards redace10 suggested. Once they arrive, I've figured out what to cut and I've play tested their effectiveness I'll update the deck (It's been quite a while since I did anyway!)

If you really want to be rediculus, consider the Rube Goldberg Machine that is Teferi, Timebender + Oath of Teferi + The Chain Veil + Conjurer's Closet + Niambi, Faithful Healer, which nets infinite turns, just activate the Chain Veil, uptick Teferi twice, and then ult him, (making sure he dies by ulting), and then before you take your extra turn, flicker Niambi with your closet to return Teferi to your hand.

Venser is going in. I'll update the list soon. I've made some changes after play testing. Niambi, Faithful Healer was the inspiration behind the deck and I would like to keep her as the commander.
