These suggestions are going to be 1-for-1 replacements as far as mana cost is concerned:

Dredge the Mire for Wall of Stolen Identity?

Blood for Bones for Notion Thief?


These suggestions are more or less "maybe-board-esque" includes that I don't know why they aren't in the deck:

Phantasmal Image is a 2-CMC copy a creature so you can hit it with Gyruda and keep it moving. Dies to any kind of removal, so it might be an okay reanimate target.

Torgaar, Famine Incarnate can save you if your own life total gets too low, or put someone else in striking range. In the same vein, Eternity Vessel can preserve your life if you run fetch lands.

Voidwalk a flyer after Gyruda is out.

Victimize is kind of clutch since you'll be milling all sorts of stuff.

Bitter Ordeal keeps looking better. Like every time I read it, especially if you are recurring clones.

I don't like this card, but why not Dream Halls? Keep jamming stuff out. I hate to think that Vilis would be a dead card in your hand because you're only running 31 lands.

Stitch Together because good cards are good.

Mirror Mockery because ETBs exist in your deck amongst a few cards.

So not as much replacement. It's pretty good as it is. I think if you were to lean in to what I'm suggesting, it'd be more ETB focused. I don't think that's quite as neat, but ya know, it's stuff with reasons.

I don't really see the point of the +1/+1 subtheme here. I think more flicker effects could be better instead. Think cards like Conjurer's Closet , Deadeye Navigator , Displace , Essence Flux , Ghostly Flicker , Illusionist's Stratagem , Teferi's Time Twist , Voidwalk . Heck, even Identity Thief kinda fits this bill. Otherwise, just add more ETB effects. I notice there's no Coiling Oracle in here and I'm pretty shocked. Maybe some more removal would be prudent. Putrefy at the very least, more (3-5 instant speed removal spells) is probably better.

So cards I think are worth cutting are most things that have to do w/ +1/+1 counters. Winding Constrictor Skatewing Spy , Ivy Lane Denizen , Bred for the Hunt , Hardened Scales , potentially Evolution Sage . There's a few other counters cards that could be considered for cuts but have enough synergy with the rest of the deck to be fine. I'd also think about cutting down on the token subtheme as well. I don't see Verdant Force being that helpful. There's not enough cards that trigger on "whenever a creature ETB" in here for tokens to be really worth it, I think. Speaking of cards that trigger "when creature ETB" I don't really like Death Match or Season of Growth (or for that matter Hedonist's Trove ) in here. These cards don't really do enough for you or let your opponents do something bad to you, potentially. Once again, I'd look to put in more ETB effects or I'd look to add in a few instants and sorceries that do things you want to do in any deck (removal, board wipe, card draw, ramp, tutors, etc.)

Overall, this deck looks really fun. I hope to play against it someday.

Hello there! I don't see anything huge you're missing (other than lands), but I definitely think you should at least consider Sol Ring, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Eternal Witness, Mystical Tutor, Plasm Capture, Counterspell, and probably Blue Sun's Zenith and Stroke of Genius as well. If you're looking for cards to cut to make room for lands, I would start with the following. A lot of those cards are for what appears to be an Edric subtheme; I'd stick to just one plan, making a lot of mana and killing your opponents with it.

Tajuru Preserver other than that you could try and find ways of flickering till end of turn or giving them persist or undying. something along the lines of flicker could be Voyager Staff, Voidwalk or Cold Storage.
