Changeling Berserker Discussion

Changeling Berserker doubles up ETB triggers if you can blink him. Even if he dies you get the trigger for the championed creature coming back to the board. If nothing else you can exchange opponents with opponents to bust up combos.
If you can't blink things then Cultural Exchange would let you trade itty-bitty scarecrows for any creature on the board. It Targets a player not the creature so you can ignore Shroud or Protection.
Pledge of Loyalty maybe.

1x Tangle Wire
1x Bolt Bend Is this ever reduced for your commander?
1x Taurean Mauler It's okay but sort of unnecessary. Can have an artifact dwarf instead.
1x Torbran, Thane of Red Fell Useless in your deck, replace with a 1 mana dwarf.
1x By Force
1x Wheel of Misfortune Really unreliable, especially if all 4 players still playing.
1x Akroma's Memorial You shouldn't win by combat.
1x Illusionist's Bracers One use of commander should be more than enough to win.
1x Dwarven Thaumaturgist His effect is irrelevent.
1x Mycosynth Lattice Mana fixing for opponents, how generous.
1x Rings of Brighthearth see Illusionist's Bracers above
1x Clock of Omens Primary wincon, and at instant speed.
1x Dwarven Grunt 1 mana dwarves
1x Dwarven Scorcher 1 mana dwarves
1x Dwarven Trader 1 mana dwarves
1x Enslaved Dwarf 1 mana dwarves
1x Liberated Dwarf 1 mana dwarves
1x Proteus Machine Artifact dwarf, slotted for consistency. Unnecessary really, can be replaced with whatever.
1x Feldon of the Third Path Can create an artifact dwarf or maybe pull out a dragon that was discarded/played if game went too long.
1x Possessed Portal Use if winning and clock of omens has been dealt with or you don't have an artifact dwarf.
1x Daretti, Scrap Savant Good for rummaging or returning an artifact, since you always have a treasure in play. Can be replaced with good card draw.
1x Mystic Forge 1/4 of deck is artifacts. Can also fix dead draws to a certain extent. Can be replaced with good card draw.
1x Herald's Horn Call dwarves every time. Can be replaced with good card draw.
1x Final Fortune Can win out of nowhere. Use only if you are certain you can win. Be careful, highly recommended only if opponents appear tapped out.
Other worthy mentions I don't feel like figuring out how to slot in right now:
Outpost Siege Solid red card draw.
Commune with Lava Playable red card advantage.
Maze of Ith Use this as a spell slot, not a land slot. Can untap your own dwarves, or be used defensively.
Scrying Sheets all your lands are snow for whatever reason, so could be okay if you have nothing else to cast in a turn.
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle with all these mountains, why not?
Command Beacon In case people kill your 1 toughness commander too many times.
Darksteel Citadel More artifacts. ONLY PUT IF you don't have color problems.
Flamekin Village Not sure if haste is important enough, but something to consider.
Inventors' Fair gives you health, but more importantly can tutor an artifact.
Madblind Mountain If you end up with a lot of top deck shenanigans.
Labyrinth of Skophos If you're being attacked.
Kher Keep Chump blockers.
Shinka, the Bloodsoaked Keep Might help seem more intimidating early game?
Sequestered Stash Can return an artifact to your DECK, and then commander can grab it.
Sea Gate Wreckage If you run out of cards and have colorless mana sources.
Quicksand Can dissuade attackers
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx Big mana
Myriad Landscape Ramp
Mouth of Ronom If you still have too many snow lands.

I'm sure this is of interest to no one but me at this point, but I have to write this down...
So last night at my flgs I got to play this in a pod, and it was pretty amazing.
I have so many triggers and options it is very difficult to figure out what to do. Immediately after my last turn, I realized I could have won on my turn with different choices.
I had out Harabaz Druid , Changeling Hero , Venomous Changeling , and Magda, Brazen Outlaw and 2 treasure tokens. (a couple of enchantments, not directly relevant). I had six lands on the field, and Changeling Berserker and Coveted Prize in hand. I played the Berserker, Championing the Hero (goes to exile til Berserker leaves the battlefield), I swing in with the Changelings and Magda, generating 3 more treasures which I immediately sac to bring out Khorvath Brightflame giving the changelings flying and knocking out one of my opponents.
WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED:
I could have tapped 3 to play Coveted Prize (because the two changelings were party members), and fetch Dragon Tempest to my hand, play another 3 to summon Berserker championing Hero (was only 3 because of Ur's eminence ability), tap Harabaz for 3 red to play Dragon Tempest. then when I swung in I could have sac'd the treasures to instead summon Changeling Titan championing the Berserker, which would bring back the Hero which would send out the Titan, which would bring back the Berserker, etc, etc... for infinite ETB triggers and infinite damage through Dragon Tempest, knocking out ALL my opponents.

Hail, fellow dwarf lover! Just a few suggestions!
The first one is that while the back of Lukka, Wayward Bonder is red, the whole card is considered to have the color identity of both sides, so white and red. Unfortunately that means that you won't be able to legally run the card in your mono red deck (though honestly it's up to your playgroup on how they want to follow that rule, as long as yall are on the same page!). The same thing goes for Alesha, Who Smiles at Death . That being said, both of those cards are good commanders in their own right, but can't be played in the deck legally :/
As for cards, she's quite a stout dwarf! Some of the interesting cards I've come across when playing against it are Springleaf Drum , any vehicles like Smuggler's Copter . Both can get a lot of value from tapping your commander. A weird but good card would be something like Honor-Worn Shaku . 3cmc mana rock that produces upwards of 3 mana means you can quickly hard cast some of your bigger permenants!
Also I wouldn't overlook some of the changelings! Things like Bloodline Pretender and Taurean Mauler can get pretty big! Changeling Berserker , if fetched from the deck using the commander's ability, is also a cheeky way of getting around a board wipe.
Kindred Charge could also be another wincon, as it either makes a TON of treasure with dwarves, or doubles down on dragon attacks.
And I'm not sure of your budget, but Embercleave can put in a lot of work too!
Hope these suggestions give you some ideas, and may your beard grow ever longer!

Cool deck! Not sure if it'd fit in the deck, but Changeling Berserker is also kind of nice, it's a searchable way to protect your commander/ any relevant creature from a board wipe at instant speed once you have the 5 treasures.
Also, not sure how you feel about it flavor wise, but Goblin Welder or Trash for Treasure could also be recursion for needed combo pieces/ cheating out things from the bin. Though the current build seems to use lower CMC stuff to turbo out treasure.

God Tribal, I'd totally take the Golos-Tree path. I REALLY recommend using Chromatic Lantern to help activate Tree(in most other cases I find it pretty meh, but it's great here).
My recommended Golos plan is:
Rituals, such as Dark Ritual, Simian Spirit Guide, and Rite of Flame are good for running out Golos. Seething Song is amazing here, as it reads '3-mana golos'. Jeweled Lotus is great if you have the cash.
At this point, you're probably at an impressive 30-40 ramp spells.
You'd then include a variety of Gods. I'd recommend a package something like this:
Alternatively, you can use Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded to give all your Gods haste and kill people with hastey slaps.

Looks good. Deadeye Navigator would let you keep unearthed creatures. Same with Identity Thief, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Essence Flux, Siren's Ruse, Teferi's Time Twist, Ghostly Flicker, Displace, Illusionist's Stratagem, Voidwalk, and Kaya's Ghostform. Changeling Berserker, Faceless Butcher, and Wormfang Drake work similarly and are pretty nice since they can be unearthed themselves.
