Budget Mardu experience!

Would appreciate suggestions for older, janky cards that somehow use or add counters.

Attempting to focus on maximizing Experience Points via Deathtouch + Proliferate. Including a few extra pingers to maximize benefit of deathtouch. Cheap grave rez included for faster/cheaper Commander buyback.

Maybeboard includes several other options: Equipment subtheme would work well. Human subtheme would work decently, but detracts from Experience focus.
