Might I suggest a Ghostly Prison (or maybe also a Teferi's Moat for some more pillow fort protection.

Other ways to get taps in are Thassa's Ire, Puppet Strings, Staff of Domination, and some tricks with an Isochron Scepter. Some cards to use with the Scepter would be Psychic Puppetry and Twiddle as well as many of the ones you have already in your deck list. If you used Dream's Grip you can entwine with the Scepter (as well as kick cards).

First, some general comments.

In its current form, your deck has only a few ramp cards. This is a bit of an issue if you want to have enough resources available (from early-game onwards) for casting spells. Red has few options for ramp, of which you've already included some. Other interesting cards could be stuff like Battle Hymn, Seething Song and especially Skirk Prospector. More expensive ramp options include cards like Dockside Extortionist, Jeska's Will and Mana Echoes.

Aside from red ramping options, there are also many artifacts resources for this. Good options include Arcane Signet, Fire Diamond, Gauntlet of Power, Mind Stone, Nyx Lotus and Sol Ring. There are also more expensive options if you really want to go to town: Chrome Mox, Jeweled Lotus and Mox Opal.

Currently your deck hardly contains card-advantage options (draw, tutoring, filtering, etc.). Of course, red has some options for this. Cathartic Reunion, Faithless Looting, Gamble, Thrill of Possibility, Tormenting Voice and Valakut Awakening  Flip. Artifacts can help you on this front as well. Endless Atlas and Mind's Eye come to mind, as well as the more expensive stuff like Scroll Rack and Sensei's Divining Top.

Now, with regard to Krenko himself.

He's an exceptionally powerful commander that your opponents are going to try and get rid off for sure. He needs some protection. Lightning Greaves/Swiftfoot Boots are therefore highly recommended. Stuff that gives him protection/indestructible also works. Next, I would expect that if you could, you would use his ability more than once per turn, should you be able to. There are many artifacts out there that allow you to untap Krenko, so that you can use him again during the same turn. Options include but are not limited to Puppet Strings, Staff of Domination, Sword of the Paruns, Thornbite Staff, Thousand-Year Elixir, Umbral Mantle.

Hope this helped.

Really enjoy the concept of the deck. I think you have, if you pardon the terrible pun, an untapped potential that can be added to your deck.

Untap mechanics can accelerate your own card tap abilities, and give you the rare opportunity to tap an opponent creature multiple times per turn. There's several that I found worth suggesting:

I've looked into this and I really like the path of +1/+1 counters. There are of course plenty of ways to get counters on your creatures in this deck (primarily Willowdusk), so capitalizing off of that with effects that bolster any creatures with counters or give them trample it pretty darn powerful.

First off, the trample givers: Bramblewood Paragon, Gnarlid Colony, Pridemalkin, and Crowned Ceratok.

And some other +1/+1 tribal engines: Mer-Ek Nightblade, Oona's Blackguard, Skyclave Shadowcat, and Tenured Inkcaster who, in particular, is very good in this deck.

And some support for the counters: Armorcraft Judge, Gladehart Cavalry, and Inspiring Call.

On a different note, giving your creatures lifelink in this deck is insane. Swing with something big to permanently double it's P/T with Willowdusk. Some good cards for that are: Alchemist's Gift, Essence Infusion, Rush of Vitality, Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord, Poet's Quill, and especially Whip of Erebos. Essence Harvest is also in the same vein.

Lastly, one nasty thing you could do would be untapping Willowdusk to use her ability twice in a turn for exponential gains. Ideally, this would be done with cards like: Magewright's Stone, Puppet Strings, Quirion Ranger, Seeker of Skybreak, and Thousand-Year Elixir.

I also want to quickly touch on the other side of Willowdusk's ability with Aetherflux Reservoir Which would let you instakill an opponent then give one of your creatures +50/+50.

As for what to remove, there are quite a few cards I feel are pretty unsynergistic here like Dragonsguard Elite and Witherbloom Pledgemage as this isn't really a spellslinger deck. I also dont see the point of reclamation effects like Deadly Brew, Retrieve, Healing Technique, Dollhouse of Horrors, The Underworld Cookbook, or You Happen on a Glade. Lastly, Roil Spout just isn't legal (probably an error lol).

Hi libraryjoy it's great to see you are still active on this site. I think the budget is probably around $50. I love the idea of basalt with zirda but I think it just may require a lot of change in order to have every permanent have an activated ability. Im not as sure about Elixir of Immortality because essentially I want the biggest GY so I can have the most options of artifacts to clone. I really do want to pony up for a 10+ dollar card I just done know which yet, either Darksteel Forge, Akroma's Memorial, Grinding Station, Panharmonicon, Mishra's Bauble or Unwinding Clock I think are frontrunners there. Or Ethersworn Canonist, Inventors' Fair, Lotus Field, and Esper Sentinel for nonartifact expensive ones. Puppet Strings or anything like that I think is a must-have so thank you for that one. I've also added some other cards I think are essential and cut some of the insanely expensive ones so I can cut your work on this down a bit haha.

As always, what's my budget, what cards do you own/not own? That's the first step. Maybe artifacts like similar to Ichor Wellspring, like Filigree Familiar that give you benefits for entering the battlefield. You definitely need at least 3 more lands. Buried Ruin should be one of them. Boros Garrison is another good include. I'm not a fan of Mindslaver, myself. It's too mean. My current favorite Boros combo is Basalt Monolith + Zirda, the Dawnwaker for infinite colorless mana. I always like to have Elixir of Immortality to bounce my graveyard back to my library, especially if there are mill effects involved. I like Darksteel Forge and Darksteel Reactor, but your mileage may vary. Foundry Inspector would definitely not be a bad idea. Maybe something like Stensia Masquerade or Archetype of Courage to give your team first strike, if you don't want to pony up for Akroma's Memorial. Puppet Strings is a good way to get an extra activation of your commander. Scrap Mastery is good. I'm also a fan of Darksteel Juggernaut. Sorry this is pretty scattered. I hope it gives you some ideas. Here are a couple of artifact decks I've built in the past, that you may find interesting:

I really love how well you blend flavor and style with utility and function here!

Are you looking for more ways to get another activation off of Ayara? If so, Puppet Strings might fit in here - it could also be relevant to your theme since it could encapsulate Ayara's potent political grip over the realm ... that or it just depicts a very disturbing form of entertainment she brings out when hosting parties :D
