Creature — Human Assassin
: Put a bounty counter on target creature or planeswalker. Activate this ability only as a sorcery.
Whenever a creature or planeswalker an opponent controls with a bounty counter on it is dealt damage, destroy it.

Yeah, if there's a bounty counter on a creature, Termination Facilitator says it's destroyed if any damage gets marked on it thus triggering Mathas' ability ONLY IF it was his counter on it. If Termination Facilitator was the only one who placed the bounty on a creature then Mathas' ability would not trigger like you said. Same situation with Shay Cormac as well. I actually only use the Facilitator for its second part anyway since I'm goading as much as possible and want creatures to block and die with Mathas' counters of course, but yeah you're right. Most creatures just die anyway haha.
My goal is just normally try to come in second. Watch them kill each other until its down to 1v1. Goad doesn't work in 1v1 though since they have to attack, which means they can attack you lmao. Sometimes its won only because my board state ended up better than the other person's.
Take the Bait gets them every time. I love it. Make sure you don't cut it. :D
I have yet to try Sentry but it reads well.
Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos is probably the MVP if he comes down early enough. He runs the table.

Hey DarkKiridon thanks for your visit! I haven't played the deck yet. I'm slowly gathering all the cards to eventually build this. It seems like a whole lot of fun and so does your deck! I see a lot of similar cards but also some really cool new ones!
How does Termination Facilitator play out? SUch a pity that its Bounty Counter doesn't work with Mathas' lifegain and draw ability xD! I feel like the 'damage becomes destroyed' doesn't too often kill a creature that wouldn't die anyways. Is that right?
I really like your suggestions! Thanks a lot!! As our playgroup grows we find ourselves often times playing commander with more than 4 players. Because no one really likes a three- or four hour game we came up with several variants on the commander format. Two of our most played formats are called The Lone Wolf and The Sheriff. I've added a short explanation of both variants in the deck description. For this time, it seemed fun to me to build a deck that leans into those different variants. I once ran a Gluntch, the Bestower deck, which had the same kind of Politics-style, but now I wanted to do so in Mardu colours. The best colours in MTG!!
Sadistic Shell Game is maybe a little less effective in our variants but I really want to try it anyway! Bounty Board and Gonti, Night Minister have to go into the deck definitely! Tempting Contract can be a really cool card, but it's also a 4 mana do nothing. So I can totally imagine cutting it if in your next upkeep your playgroup isn't tempted... I'd also really like to add Hunted Horror and The Sentry, Golden Guardian but I have no clue what to cut for those...
Also I wonder, in your deck, how do you win? Is that because all creatures are goaded, your opponents are too buys kiling each other and you secretly steal the win? I feel like I have to run at least one alternative wincon. I think I'm going for Insurrection in this deck

Love the flavor on this one; well done! Nightshade Assassin seems nice in here; has first strike and get deathtouch from Mari. And her ETB is also pretty cool. I also like King's Assassin; not as good as his Royal counterpart, but still. Termination Facilitator could also be a fun political tool for you. Have fun with the deck!

Just for fun, throw in Karn's Bastion or something with Proliferate to put multiple Bounty counters on things.
Bounty Hunter and Termination Facilitator both put Bounty counters on creatures for more fun.
I feel like you need to punish opponents for for drawing cards or maybe reduce their hand size. Black Vise? One of the white cards that limit you to one spell per turn? Tainted Remedy
Maybe Blood Tribute since your boss is a vampire
