A new Rakdos Outlaw themed deck based on Laughing Jasper Flint.

It also blends together the themes of Monarch/Initiative and Crimes.

Chock full of deathtouchers that are Outlaws to make sure nobody is taking the monarch from you. There are also a handful of cards that help attack in case anybody does.

I've tried to lower the curve as much as I could and include some quality ramp so that the deck is able to maximize the effectiveness of the Commander's ability.

Hoping this ends up being a fun option for casual pods.
