Just out of curiosity, why not add black, or another color for that matter? Fell the Profane Flip, Boggart Trawler Flip, Waterlogged Teachings Flip, and Agadeem's Awakening Flip all seem like they would be helpful here.
Though I must admit, monoblue belcher has a nice ring to it. Sweet deck!

How about a Scapeshift for a shifting of the scape? Also Elvish Reclaimer perhaps?
Also, Restore acts as 2-mana ramp if someone has a land in their graveyard. Even better if you have a Gate in your graveyard, even even better if an opponent has a Gate in theirs.
In exchange, suggest cutting Disorienting Choice, Krydle of Baldur's Gate, and Fell the Profane Flip.

Cards you might consider adding:
Festival of Embers: Good late game not so great early...
Electrickery: Instant speed board wipe...
Storm-Kiln Artist or Urabrask Flip better than some of the rituals, mana and Urabrask does damage
Return the Favor Another deflecting swat type effect
Valakut Awakening Flip Replace a land with, free wheel if needed
Starstorm Good board wipe finish if you side is about to get exiled
Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might Flip good damage ramp option turn 1/2 into 4 damage
Wail of the Nim protection and board wipe...
Spikefield Hazard Flip replace a basic land for
Malakir Rebirth Flip protection for commander, could replace basic land for
Fell the Profane Flip: Target remove or a land when you need it
Shatterskull Smashing Flip another land/spell you could add
Aetherflux Reservoir Finisher maybe?
Goblin Bombardment: consider in addition to or as a replacement for impact tremors

Looks like a fun deck! I'd definitely throw in a Warren Soultrader, basically another copy of Phyrexian Altar on a zombie. Fell the Profane Flip and Flare of Malice would be great too!

So, quick revisions log;
Out:
Mirror Entity (love this card but my strategy has evolved a little and late game huge mana dumps could just be going to more vamps as I have more draw power now)
Rakish Heir (He was just okay in a deck where 3 mana cards are mostly game-changing)
Cover of Darkness and Reconnaissance (Quite useful, but I've started to prefer brute force and anthem buffs over blanket evasion)
In:
Sorin of House Markov Flip (Not 100% sold on him but I'm trying out some new toys and he seems rather popular, just wish he were a vampire)
Chthonian Nightmare (reusable recursion, low cost, yes please. Suits sacrifice combos very nicely)
Fell the Profane Flip (33rd land, killspell if I need it)
Wheel of Fortune (I finally got one and frankly I like it much more than Pact of the Serpent)
@Vessiliana your thoughts? Decided to bring back Phyrexian Altar given it's possibly the best combo piece if I want to spam Clavileno's demons.
