I’d tweak the mana base if it’s in your budget, add more duals or lands that tap for any colour.
Karplusan Forest and Llanowar Wastes are great budget options and Sulfurous Springs is a bit on the higher side but still good. Or the filter lands like Twilight Mire. Few other options you might like are City of Brass or lower budget Grand Coliseum / Rupture Spire as these are great for mana fixing.
Hunter of Eyeblights is handy to have also. Since you’re a creature based deck you may as well turn them into ramp, Cryptolith Rite and Growing Rites of Itlimoc Flip could come in very handy.
I have two deck lists, one for the scorpion god and one for hapatra in posted on here, feel free to look on my page and check them out if you want :)

@LordTsukune there are a few black elves; like Gilt-Leaf Winnower, Hunter of Eyeblights, Lys Alana Scarblade, Maralen of the Mornsong, Ayara, First of Locthwain, Blightsoil Druid, etc. I guess I just didn't think they were worth it. I'll take your opinion on the matter tho
Sunbird's Invocation and Stolen Strategy are good generic red gas. They can go in most any red deck, for sure. If you look at my land base you can see that I'm relying heavily on green since that's elves' most dominant color, but I'm splashing all other colors for support. If I did add them, what would you suggest to come out?
I do actually have Fist of Suns in here, so I'll do some updating this morning to match my irl list.
Thanks for the comment! I upvoted some of your decks in return! Don't forget to upvote here as well! Cheers

Hunter of Eyeblights seems like a good add here.

The_Fallen_Duke, thanks for the advice! Curses are the primary focus, although the deck is less about politics and more about bleeding out opponents while preventing them from hurting me. Effects like Ghostly Prison neutralize go-wide and token strategies, while the more Stax-y sacrifice effects take out large, individual creatures.
Assemble the Legion gets much, much stronger as the game goes on, and this deck very much wants to drag the game out. Mogis, God of Slaughter fills the role of a big, dumb creature that drains my opponents' life and denies them creatures. Bounty Hunter actually combos with Hunter of Eyeblights , Kulrath Knight , and Mathas, Fiend Seeker himself, who uses the same kind of counter. There's also some other cards that fit into this sub-theme, like Orzhov Advokist and Curse of Stalked Prey . Since the deck is focused on draining life from my opponents, any form of repeatable lifegain puts me at a disadvantage. Tainted Remedy pretty conclusively deals with that.
Of course, even if those are my reasons for putting these cards in, there's no guarantee that doing so actually works in the long run. I'll definitely look at cutting out some of the less useful removal.

This deck looks amazing, but i think this would be the perfect place for Hunter of Eyeblights because people feel too reluctant to remove such a cute combo, great deck, +1 from me!

Alright, cool, thanks! I've added some of your recommendations (I can't believe I forgot about Sheoldred, smh).
As for Hunter of Eyeblights, the reason is that it can target creatures with bounty-counters on them (similarly to Bounty Hunter and/or Kulrath Knight). It might be cut, because it's a bit cheeky, but I'm interested in seeing how it plays.

Hunter of Eyeblights and Humble Defector seem very odd for a stax/control deck. Defiler of Souls is cute, but I think it's too much mana for its effect (given that you have a decent number of mono-colored creatures) - I'd almost rather run something like Reaper from the Abyss (more versatile and gives you the choice) or Sheoldred, Whispering One. Tsabo Tavoc is a LOT of mana, and I'd consider removing her.
I'd find space for Anguished Unmaking - while you should play both, probably, it's generally better than Chaos Warp. Beyond that, Null Rod, Armageddon, Rule of Law, and other common stax pieces are what I would consider a "must". Also, no Archfiend of Depravity? It's a good way to thin out large hordes.
...also, I'd put more basics in the deck, and work on making more of the landbase come in untapped. You need to drop your stax/control pieces before opponents drop major answers onto the field.
