Body Launderer
Creature — Ogre Warrior
Deathtouch
Whenever another nontoken creature you control dies, this connives. (Draw a card, then discard a card. If you discarded a nonland card, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.)
When this dies (is put into the graveyard from the battlefield), return another target non-Rogue creature card with equal or lesser power from your graveyard to the battlefield.

kirbysan Vraan is a complete tragedy and it pains me to even think about.
At this point I'd probably agree that Dark Prophecy is better than Weatherlight Compleated. I'm definitely gonna replace it, but I'm not sure if prophecy is going back in. Triple black is super tough and a Village Rites type card might be better. I also like jelwell's Imperial Seal suggestion. I've also been realized recently how strong Solitude would be in our list. It's another copy of Swords to Plowshares and while it does 2-for-1 us, it makes up for it by costing 0 mana, giving us a death trigger, and being a reanimation target.
jelwell I wouldn't say Body Launderer is a very good recursion card. It's nice that it's on a creature, but it's not consistent since we need a sac outlet. Conniving is nice for better card quality, but we don't many good ways to take advantage of the discard. This essentially just makes him a 4 mana reanimate that can potentially double reanimate with Teysa out. At that point, Victimize would probably be better if you really need a double reanimate at 1 less mana and not needing a separate sac outlet but only a fodder piece. Launderer also conflicts with Teysa in the 4 drop slot. I prefer Reanimate or Animate Dead over victimize since while they don't reanimate two creatures, they cost much less mana, don't require a sacrifice, and can target opposing graveyards. This gives them utility in the early and late game to cheaply bring back a fodder piece or reanimate an opposing Avenger of Zendikar.
Storm of Souls is good. I've tried it and Command the Dreadhorde out a lot and they both test well, but I didn't find a spot for either in the current build. I've been using Living Death as our sole mass recursion piece, but I've been missing a separate piece for redundancy that doesn't also come with a board wipe, so I might bring one of them back. I think its fair to run either since they both have their strengths and weaknesses.

Masterful had cut Dark Prophecy to test out Weatherlight Compleated but I'm thinking prophecy is better. While Weatherlight achieves the same thing when it's fully turned on it doesn't do much when it comes in late. You also need some form of sac engine going to get it up to snuff. Prophecy on the other hand can hit the ground running and draw you into answers from the get go.
Body Launderer is ok but we don't have too much reanimation going on so discarding cards is not always optimal. Our typical reanimation strategy is just going for Living Death that also acts as a board wipe. Agadeem's Awakening  Flip is also another option but can double as a land if we're mana screwed. Reanimate is used for our single target reanimation and for a single black it's hard to beat that slot. As Launderer is only a single target reanimation it doesn't beat these cards.
Storm of Souls used to be in the main decklist but 6CMC is a lot to hold up and the typical meta is usually faster with more interaction. It's another reason why cards such as Rise of the Dark Realms was also cut.

Masterful, kirbysan I would never cut razaketh, just thinking of things around the cmc to cut, and it doesn’t look like dominus can cut it. If I cut weatherlight, I would probably replace it with imperial seal. Not too sure what else to replace it with.
The new aristocrat could be good. 2 mana is the usual, but once a turn doesn’t help. Not worth cutting one of our original aristocrats.
Side note: I’ve been playing with the land base here, to try it out, and i haven’t seen a difference in how the deck works. Besides the usual mana screw, I think this mana base is next to perfect.
I was also eyeballing Body Launderer as something that could be decent recursion. On the same note Storm of Souls could show potential? Late game if too much of our stuff keeps dying.

Ok. I guess Null Brooch is my one true pet card above them all. It fits anywhere haha! Let's see. First, I didn't add Bloodghast because it can't block. I definitely need to add in Nether Traitor. I wasn't sure whether I should add cards like Plague Spitter or not because they are creatures and they could die (unless I get Avacyn out fast). This is why I chose Noxious Field instead. It will stay around along with Death Pits of Rath even when all creatures are dead on the board and I will still have a way to kill all creatures every turn. I definitely want to add Harvester of Souls and Pitiless Plunderer. They synergize beautifully with this deck. Creatures that gain me life or make others lose life for creatures dying isn't something I'm sure I want to add. I will need to test what I have more before I decide. I don't think Body Launderer will be the best for this deck. I'm not sure I would add it. Vanishing Verse isn't really necessary. I have WAY more than enough removal as it is. I can try and squeeze in Crypt of Agadeem but I don't know if it will get much value. I'm going to add Citanul Flute in here as well. I mainly chose Athreos, God of Passage as the commander just to make my creatures come out even faster unless someone wanted to pay the life. Hopefully I will finish updating this today and run some tests. Thank you SufferFromEDHD for all of your suggestions and help. I really appreciate it!

This is a neat build. At first I was turned off by the redundancy of the creatures overlapping with Atheros ability. I figured ETB/LTB effects would be the best way to abuse Atheros. But I am sucker for gimmicks/themes and I like the direction of this.
Bloodghast and Nether Traitor are auto includes to this strategy.
PlagueSpitter would be an upgrade to Noxious Field.
Deathgreeter, Cruel Celebrant, Daxos, Blessed by the Sun, Harvester of Souls, Body Launderer, Pitiless Plunderer, etc. type effects might be the engine missing from this strategy.
Vanishing Verse is slowly becoming one of my favorite removal spells. It would round out the playset of Orzhov exile.
Crypt of Agadeem on theme land.
And as always Null Brooch = <3
multimedia on Nethroi. More mill support?
Self-mill yes, opponent mill no. You'll want plenty of self-mill to fuel Nethroi along with lots of ramp since Nethroi is 7 mana to mutate.
Fauna Shaman, Buried Alive, Jarad's Orders, Unmarked Grave, Vile Entomber are helpful especially if playing dredge creatures. Shigeki, Jukai Visionary is nice for self-mill + ramp + recursion.
Culling Ritual is a powerful card in multiplayer Commander that also provides ramp for Nethroi. Songs of the Damned goes well with self-mill + lots of creatures for ramp especially since Nethroi has 6 black mana in it's mutate cost.
Body Launderer and Karmic Guide are two good creatures with self-mill and they combo with a sac outlet such as Viscera Seer for infinite scry/loot. Activated Sleeper is an underrated 0/0 creature who also combos with Karmic. Braids, Arisen Nightmare is powerful draw in multiplayer Commander when sacing your own creatures helps you.
Plumb the Forbidden is mass sac for mass draw. Vivien, Champion of the Wilds, Emergence Zone, Savage Summoning lets you mutate at instant speed on an opponent's turn.

Thanks for the upvote. I find that creature tutors and entomb effects are good enough since all the combos here only require creatures not a noncreature card. Having tutors that put creatures directly into graveyard not hand is also helpful. Diabolic Tutor would be worth paying 4 mana if I needed an artifact or enchantment to combo, but that's not the case here. Good instinct to cut Diabolic.
Karmic Guide + Reveillark + Viscera Seer is the classic creature reanimation combo that's been around for years and honestly it's perfect with Nethroi since it's an all creature combo. What's nice about Lark with all creature combos is you can include in the combo a 2 power or less creature such as Vile Entomber to setup the rest of the combo for a wincon.
Karmic + Lark + Seer + Entomber you tutor/put into graveyard Blood Artist then Lark reanimates it to give the combo a wincon. Any other creature with 2 power or less who self-mill could replace Entomber to do the same thing just puts more cards into your graveyard such as Satyr Wayfinder.
Karmic Guide + Body Launderer + Viscera Seer is the new excellent combo for all creatures combos because it too can setup the rest of the combo by looting until you get Reveillark and Blood Artist into graveyard. Then Karmic + Launderer stops reanimating each other and instead one of them reanimates Lark who then reanimates Artist for the wincon.
If playing Body Launderer and Karmic Guide, Saffi Eriksdotter + Viscera Seer combos with each of these creatures too. Having a backup Launderer infinite loot combo piece is helpful.
In multiplayer Culling Ritual wrecks and it can make enough mana including a green mana that's needed to mutate Nethroi plus more. If you're using a combo that requires attacking with Nethroi or another creature then consider adding Culling since it can clear the battlefield of all tokens who could be blockers. Culling also destroys many of the best opponent graveyard hate cards Rest in Peace, Ground Seal, Scavenging Ooze, Grafdigger's Cage, Weathered Runestone, etc.
Speaking of graveyard hate that exiles that's why I'm playing Riftsweeper. It has a unique ETB trigger that lets me remove an exiled card putting back into my library. That's also why I'm playing Elixir of Immortality to combat against exiling of my entire graveyard since in response I can shuffle my graveyard back into my library. This is mostly to combat Bojuka Bog and Scavenger Grounds, the most played graveyard hate in Commander.
