With a sac outlet in the command zone, the only concern is finding thing that trigger on creature generation and death, and the creature generation itself

I've always wanted to see a commander that lets you raise the ceiling on those cards that count how many times you've cast your commander. Like the storm cycle from C18:

Empyrial Storm

Skull Storm

Fury Storm

Some other spicy things are a Commander's Insignia that turns those avatars into something crazy huge.

Skyfire Phoenix guarantees you'll always have at least one command tax paid for.

Jirina Kudro is the perfect colors for this deck, and she comes with a cadre of 3/1s for swinging, or, let's be honest, casting another edict.

Netherborn Altar will let you get an extra cast (providing you can spare the three creatures).

Finally, my absolute favorite, a card that I'm positive was made for this, Flamekin Herald. I don't need to sell how awesome cascade is.

Lot of interesting bits and pieces for this commander. Only gets tastier as you start to look at synergies with tokens, aristocrats, and spellslinger strategies. A sorcery in the CZ was probably a bad move on design's part. Wouldn't be surprised if this guy had a decent price tag on him for a while.
