Hero of Precinct One could work for you!

Are you sure you want this to be a modern deck? It could currently either be a modern or a pioneer deck, and you should probably choose one and stick with it.
If you choose modern, Doomed Traveler fits the theme of the deck pretty well. Teysa, Orzhov Scion is a powerhouse that gives all your creatures afterlife, doubles as removal, and is another instant-speed sac outlet. Honestly, she's the only reason I would consider playing an afterlife deck in modern. Xathrid Necromancer is another option that generates tons of tokens off of most of your creatures, and it works really well with Hero of Precinct One .
This deck definitely needs a playset of Fatal Push for removal which works in either format, plus maybe some Path to Exile or Vindicate if you choose to stick with modern. Mortify is bad in both formats so I'd cut it. 4x Kaya's Wrath is definitely overkill and might not be the best choice, since even though your board would have a bunch of spirits it would still wipe a lot of your creatures.
Giant Killer is just bad outside of standard. Athreos and Ethereal Absolution are also too slow, and I don't think Sorin adds enough to the gameplan to justify including him. Teysa Karlov obviously synergizes a lot but I'd take her out since she doesn't have any immediate board impact (while the other Teysa can have its abilities activated at instant speed to do a bunch of stuff in response). Not sure if Corpse Knight is worth it either. The other Athreos, Athreos, God of Passage , might be worth trying as a 1-of.

This deck looks pretty good! I love the idea of a better Hero of Precinct One as a commander. The tokens he makes have really nice art, too!
Maybe ditch Agrus Kos, Wojek Veteran for a damage doubler like Dictate of the Twin Gods or something? Feather, the Redeemed doesn't seem to have much support, so I'd suggest replacing her (I think I only counted one or two instants that would trigger her). Nahiri, the Harbinger also seems a bit weak. Maybe another card to be replaced? War Room is another card draw effect on a land. Needleverge Pathway Flip might be worth a look to replace a basic as well. Same with the white and red artifact lands, Ancient Den and Great Furnace .

Chandra's Incinerator is basically a one-sided board wipe
Young Pyromancer one of the best token generators ever printed, Mogg War Marshal isn't as good but still can be three creatures for two mana with reanimator synergy. Chandra, Acolyte of Flame gives temporary token but they still get the job done considering they are sac fodder.
Oketra's Monument , Monastery Mentor , Hero of Precinct One , Sedgemoor Witch , and Desecrated Tomb give back a bit of your commanders cost. Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder generates 4 tokens every time you cast your commander since it counts as a creature spell with 4 cmc.

I'm curious what your experience was with Bloodbraid Elf . Cascade also gives you the cast trigger off of Hero of Precinct One . It's also crazy to think it's now a pretty budget card. Maybe because they are not as fun to play with?
I will like to advise that your 6 copies of Destructive Revelry (including Cindervines ), is a bit redundant and harmful. Especially if you already have the champ Qasali Pridemage . If you do put every single one in on a single game, you are very likely to start with one (or multiple) in the early game. This reduces your awesome creature output and likely ending with a poor mid to late game board-state. You don't have big and high CMC threats, so delaying the game into the late game can be a death threat to you. They are also mana restrictive (especially without fetchlands) and are strictly only answers to a particular threat, so they have a strong likelihood to sit in your hand wasting space
Here are some things to think about if your interested.
-The non-land permanent removal enchantments might be an option, if you want answers to specific permanent types in your sideboard, but it not have it as mana restrictive or type specific. Maybe even just creature stuff like Prison Term aggro might be funny against midrange or some aggro decks.
- Yasharn, Implacable Earth --Sideboard? It's at least interesting to think about.
- Rienne, Angel of Rebirth This would essential be the 1 of fun card to put in the deck that is of theme. Not needed.
- Aspect of Mongoose , Valorous Stance , Unbreakable Formation , Dauntless Escort , Gods Willing and many others are much more budget than Heroic Intervention . Plus you mainly want to protect your creatures anyway.
- Shield of the Oversoul may be interesting
I had more stuff to say but I realize this is alright long enough. Overall, I do like the idea of a multicoloured deck. I can see many possible directions a deck like this can go.

Hero of Precinct One and Tome of the Guildpact are some decent cards that care about multicolored without being so themselves. Orzhov picks could be Pillar of the Paruns , Beckon Apparition , Blood Baron of Vizkopa , Nightsky Mimic , Kaya's Guile , Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim , Karlov of the Ghost Council , Resolute Rider , Seraph of the Scales , or Vizkopa Guildmage . I tried to pick card suggestions that fit in with either the multicolored or the lifegain plans. Popular inclusions in more tempo or aggro focused Mimic/Divinity builds include Castigate , Orzhov Charm , Mourning Thrull , Cartel Aristocrat , Sin Collector , and Gift of Orzhova . Combine the two and you might get some value out of a shell of Ajani's Pridemate , Heliod, Sun-Crowned , Light of Promise , Wall of Limbs , and Archangel of Thune .
Anyway, now that I've probably named every black and white card ever printed, do let me know if you have questions. Good luck!

Okay, so, I have a few critiques. Just want to start out by saying I'm not trying to be rude, but I want to explain my reasons for saying a card is bad or the deck needs work.
First, I think Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger is too good not to run in a deck like this, especially with Grim Flayer. Otherwise, what's the point of playing Grim? Kroxa gives you something to do on those later turns where you draw nothing.
Vraska, Golgari Queen is a great card, but I don't think it fits this deck. She belongs in a deck that gets value off creatures dying or token generators like my old Standard Abzan Midrange deck that had huge amounts of token generation from cards like Hero of Precinct One and cards with Afterlife & ran Cruel Celebrant.
I'm also not a fan of Tasigur, the Golden Fang in this list at all. With Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, I could somewhat understand it since you could Exile the cards you don't want back & sort of try to force your opponent to give you the card you want, but even then I don't think he is great in it.
I'm gonna be brutally honest here: Oath of Chandra is a very bad card, especially with only 2 Planeswalker cards in the deck. Bonecrusher Giant is better here because it can hit any target & can be played as a creature to beat down afterwards.
The sideboard is fine, but it really depends on the meta. Mine is just built for the most common metas in the format: Control & Midrange since the main deck already does fairly well against Midrange & Aggro. Running both Necromentia & Slaughter Games is too much, in my opinion, so I'd say swap out Necromentia for Anger of the Gods as a board wipe against Mono-White, Mono-Red, & Mono-Black since their creatures tend to have less than 3 toughness, at least early on when you want to cast it.

I’m still jamming Esper Hero in ranked arena games
