My Grand Arbiter deck.

Pretty simple concept, tax people through cards such as Aura of Silence, AEther Barrier, and Spelltithe Enforcer, while at the same time protecting myself with pillow forty cards like Isperia, Supreme Judge, Ghostly Prison, and so on.
The deck wants to slow down the game so I have time to assemble my win cons. When I originally built the deck it felt nice however it had no real way to win so Ive added a few combos to help me win the game.

1. Aura Thief + Enchanted Evening : Gives me control of all permanents, I can sacrifice Aura Thief to cards like High Market, Magus of the Tabernacle, AEther Barrier.
2. Cleansing Meditation + Enchanted Evening . this combo only really works if you have the Threshold part of the card, but will sweep the board and bring back my permanents.
3. Dovescape + Guile : Whenever anyone cast a non creature spell, it counters that spell and gives me tokens equal to the CMC of the spell played, I can loop this to creature any number of tokens.
4. Helm of Obedience + Rest in Peace : Pretty simple combo will instantly mill a player.
5. Approach of the Second Sun.
6. Azor's Elocutors.
7. Martyr's Bond + Smothering Tithe
