This is a Leovold Ad Nauseam Storm deck. It's a fairly flexible storm deck in that there are several ways you can approach the game, allowing you a fair bit more interaction than many other storm decks that aim to go all in on their combos.

The main win conditions of the deck are Ad Nauseam and Paradox Engine. Those 2 cards allow you to storm off very quickly, drop an Aetherflux Reservoir and win the game. The secondary win condition is Laboratory Maniac with either Doomsday or Demonic Consultation/ Tainted Pact . Tainted Pact and Demonic Consultation also are useful in acting as tutors in a pinch when you need to find a single card to win the game, or more importantly, to stop your opponent from winning the game. Leovold, Emissary of Trest also has wonderful synergy with Laboratory Maniac in that if you ever resolve Laboratory Maniac with leovold in play and either Tainted Pact or Demonic Consultation in hand, you can simply play either one as a library flipper with the draw trigger from leovold on the stack, resolve the pact or consultation and win off the draw trigger before the removal spell goes off. This is a particularly powerful line of play that is easy to overlook, so don't forget that it's there.

Backing up the 2 main win conditions, you have access to Leovold, Emissary of Trest + Teferi's Puzzle Box to lock down the game against opposing combo decks and just to clear the way for Doomsday or Laboratory Maniac.

Dorks and Rocks are there to help ramp quickly into the various combos, while Necropotence, Sylvan Library and Mystic Remora are there to generate card advantage. Necropotence is particularly brutal in that you can use it to shape your hand while not having to worry about sending it away with Teferi's Puzzle Box , while Sylvan Library with Teferi's Puzzle Box allows you to pick what you want to keep in your next hand from your draw.

Day's Undoing is just bad in this deck and has been replaced by Time Spiral. Whispering Madness is still another option to consider as well, but sometimes, you just really need the gas that Time Spiral provides and Windfall effects are not as strong as Timetwister effects.

Additionally, Time Spiral can sometimes win you the game by allowing for an earlier storm turn than what would be normally possible. Due to the fact that Time Spiral is such a strong tutor target, the land count will he dropping to 29 to ensure a lower likelihood of hitting land after a Time Spiral. The land will be replaced by a Helm of Awakening for stronger storm turns and possibly a Baral, Chief of Compliance over one of the mana dorks.
