ALL PRAISE CTHULHU THE MIGHTY NOODLEMONSTER!

An Eldrazi deck with very little annihilator (except the titans), I will make second version which focuses on Annihilator and Haste!

The goal of this deck is to show that a colorless EDH deck is liable. And more importantly showing my devotion towards the Cthulhu's ;)

This deck works through massive mana ramp, to spit out the gigantic noodlemonsters!

I tried to organize the cards into groups like mana ramp, card draw, etc to make it more clear why certain cards are in the deck.

The sideboard holds cards with Annihilator and haste cards, to wreck your opponent with Annihilator as fast as possible! :)The maybeboard is made up of cards which I might include into the main deck.

Playtest results Show

I tried this deck against my friends in 1v1 and 3v3.

As you might guess they weren't so happy about the annihilator effect ;)

They had me nerf the deck :(

But nevertheless I exchanged a few cards against others to make the deck run more smoothly.

1v1 went really well after the first few turns (mana ramp) and I would completely annihilate my enemy :D if the enemy was faster then me, or if I had bad luck with my hand I would be completely crushed, before I would be able to play my big monsters...

3v3 went more consistently better, therefore my friends banned my deck from future games :(

Escpecially Emrakul (or any other Annihiliator) was an instant ban candidate for them, because they saw no chance of removing him and they would just give up or ban my deck :((((

But nevertheless I will continue to improve this deck, escpecially I need to fix the early game. I'll add more smaller creatures for defense and the mana ramp would need to be a bit faster.

Ideas for deckfocus Show

Right now the deck focuses mainly on manaramp and hardcasting the big ass cthulhus :)

But there are different directions where the deck can go.

Focusing mainly on annihiliator (not fun for your opponents and therefor not for you, but damn that's OP!)

Focusing on sheer speed of spitting out gigantic noodle monsters.

Focusing on haste (can be combined with annihilator for pure anal devastation). The goal is to quickly get out some Eldrazis with annihilator and use haste artifacts to finish you enemy early on.

Focusing on mini cthulhus, all these tokens and spawn to ramp up in a different way.

Focusing on exile, deck milling whatever, just super annoying for your enemey. And more fitting to the lore, as the Eldrazi come from the space between the planes!
