In this deck, you should support the equipment-Voltron strategy more. In order to swarm out, you need to protect Khemba and equip a lot of stuff onto her. Don't use other effects to produce tokens.
As far as lands go, 35 are enough. So I'd cut 3 plains and Karoo (it messes up your turn 2).
As for cuts in the creatures dept, I'd cut Platinum Angel (not needed wincon, nor reliable unless you lock the game, but at that point you've won anyways), Ajani's Pridemate , Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit , Armory Automaton , Auriok Steelshaper , Hero of Bladehold , Imposing Sovereign , Leonin Arbiter , Magus of the Moat , Thraben Doomsayer , Frontline Medic , Toolcraft Exemplar , Wall of Reverence , Relic Seeker (slow).
As far as equipments and stuff, I'd cut Marble Diamond (since your average CMC isn't that high and most of your spells are colourless), Moonsilver Spear , Sigil of Distinction , Skeleton Key , Ring of Thune , Mask of Memory .
ADD Anointed Procession ! As a good boardwipe for a finisher, I suggest Winds of Abandon . I suggest also Sun Titan , Bastion Protector , Balan, Wandering Knight as good lategame creatures. I suggest Kusari-Gama , Infiltration Lens , Trailblazer's Boots , Fireshrieker , Sword of Vengeance , Hammer of Nazahn , Argentum Armor , Chariot of Victory , Whispersilk Cloak as better equipments with respect to some of the ones I didn't mention for cutting.

I was thinking of building a gwyn deck as well. Here are some cards I think could be cool to run in this deck. Obviously a lot of options.
- Colossus Hammer - this was built for syr gwyn in mind
- Explorer's Scope - ramp, always important
- Heartseeker - with gwyn, tap to kill target creature
- Surestrike Trident - if you have this and Colossus Hammer it reads, each creature taps to deal 10+ damage to an opponent.
- Ogre's Cleaver - cheap artifact and now free equip
- Haunted Cloak
- Infiltration Lens
- Vorrac Battlehorns - if you want to be mean, put this on syr gwyn
- Loxodon Warhammer
- Chariot of Victory
- Fleetfeather Sandals
- Moonsilver Spear - doesn't fit the theme but flying angels are always fun
- Scythe of the Wretched - this plus Grappling Hook means steal any creature you can kill that isn't tapped
- Strata Scythe - pick the best color of the three. keep in mind this includes lands opponents control
- Authority of the Consuls - slow everyone and gain life
- Blind Obedience - slow everyone down while draining them and gaining life
- Brave the Sands - never worry about swinging each turn and make chump blockers able to block two huge creatures
- Sigarda's Aid - just amazing
- Leonin Shikari - not a knight but now you can switch equipment for free in combat before damage is dealt
- Midnight Reaper
- Syr Alin, the Lion's Claw
- Knight of Grace
- Josu Vess, Lich Knight - late game win condition
- Mirran Crusader
- Vona, Butcher of Magan
- Fiendslayer Paladin
- Silverblade Paladin
Required are Syr Gwyn, Hero of Ashvale and Surestrike Trident . Then you can just go down the line of creatures attaching all of your power increasing equipment and tapping them for tons of damage. If you have Leonin Shikari and Brave the Sands out, then you can all out attack and then do the tapping out on the endstep before your turn. If you don't have Surestrike Trident but instead have Heartseeker then you can just kill a creature for each one you control.

Oh yep yep, I'm quite familiar with British slang so I get it. I.. still think it's both extraordinarily dumb and fun in equal parts, but I get it.
Right so, anywho, I've had a look at the deck. There are three main points I'd like to address.
The first and overarching point is consistency in the deck. There are a number of good effects that are useful, but only on a couple of cards. For example, Brought Back is a good card on its own (and I appreciate that it is the best of the three), but I think if you specifically want this effect then it would probably be worth running Faith's Reward and Second Sunrise too. If not, then it might be worth cutting in favour of some consistency in other areas, or perhaps more interaction. COntinuing along with this, for another Arcane Lighthouse effect, there's Detection Tower . For the Geode Golem effect, there's Command Beacon . For Ghostly Prison , there's Windborn Muse and perhaps Sphere of Safety ; either I think you should be running both there Sphere & Hall of Heliod's Generosity or neither. Considering the main goal of the deck seems to be wiping the board and gaining life, even though these are the most consistent elements of the deck, I think that probably it could still do with a few more of each.
Another thing is just a bit of consistency in your mana rocks to make a ladder. I'm not sure what the common lingo for that is, but the idea is to have multiple mana rocks at 2CMC, and multiple at 4. The idea being you play a 2CMC mana rock on turn 2 (or turn 1 if you have a Mana Crypt or Sol Ring , because those are amazing and defy any other plans and go in every deck if you have them), then follow up with a 4CMC rock on turn 3. Though there are plenty of good mana rocks at 3CMC for their cost, usually it's better to get a 4CMC rock down if you can consistently ramp into it.
Finally, your commander connecting for lethal commander damage seems to be you main win condition, so I think you might need a few more ways of making this happen. There aren't many other voltron thingies in your deck, so because you aren't that worried about having to target your commander with things, Whispersilk Cloak seems pretty much perfect for this. Trailblazer's Boots are also pretty good. Haunted Cloak is in there, so maybe consider Chariot of Victory as well.
Anyway yeah I'll leave it at that and stop rambling now, but can go into it a bit more if you like. I hope this helps, have fun with the deck!

I'd argue Chariot of Victory over rancor, but that's personal taste - first strike + deathtouch + trample seems good.

Golgari loves creatures over artifacts. I’m pushing away from them so Collector Ouphe is always perfect for the board. In saying so, there’s a few cards I outed:
Key to the City is super jank. Lightning Greaves & Whispersilk Cloak don’t help with shroud. Prowler's Helm and Trailblazer's Boots give awesome evasion, but for a heck of a price. I debate on Chariot of Victory .
I think a big step $$$-wise is to pick up Shizo, Death's Storehouse . If fear doesn’t come in handy against a certain opponent, it’s still a untapped land

Deathtouch works wonderfully together with trample (you only need to asign 1 point of damage to the defender and trample the rest), so cards like Overrun would be a nice finisher in the deck. Revenge of the Hunted is a nice alternative/redundancy to Destined / Lead
Frist strike and deathtouch is also a broken combination: Glissa, the Traitor is absolutely badass because he already has the combo on herself and her triggered will help you retrieve some of your important artifacts. Equipments that give you first strike are also a good choice Chariot of Victory , Bladed Pinions , Sword of Vengeance ...
Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons and Pharika, God of Affliction create more deathtouchers. Hapatra may need some help to get through, but Pharika is pretty good on her own, your deck already has a lot of creatures, and it can be used also as graveyard hate if needed.
Non-Linear on TRON

Your deck is trying to do too much at the same time, Skysovereign, Consul Flagship and Ratchet Bomb are emblematic of this. You only have one of each and they have spot removal (I think). You would be much better with other TRON cards instead of one set of Basilisk Collar .
You also need more Eldrazi to TRON. Kozelik is a waste to tron, any Ulamog or Emrakul, the Aeons Torn would do you better
And Walking Ballista is not that good here, you do not have the super ramp mana base to justify its XX cost.

As to cut, get rid of your tapped lands, your a 2 color deck and have alot of color fixing spells.
The cards in the description are good, just costly. Umbral Mantle is especially good with a card that untaps lands and/or Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix . Maybe I'm not seeing its purpose so If you don't agree, let me know.
Overwhelming Stampede , Ashnod's Altar , Perilous Forays , Pathbreaker Ibex , Craterhoof Behemoth . The only cards these work with are the cards your using as a pay off, its win more at that point.
Mana Bloom spend x mana, get x mana back
Verdeloth the Ancient
Rancor , Haunted Cloak , Chariot of Victory , Loxodon Warhammer , Vorrac Battlehorns I'm assuming its to make your pay off creatures able to get through with damage? If anything keep the ones that give haste with trample or unblockable only.
I LOVE Selvala, Heart of the Wilds but dam shes $45 bucks now??
