basically goal is to get Ruhan out fast as possible which in this case is turn 2:

turn 1 drop a land, sol ring and then a signet. turn 2 drop another land, tap sol ring to add the 2 colorless, use 1 of it for the signet and tap it, tap the lands and play Ruhan.

then ideally, play a 1 drop tutor like enlightened or steelshaper's gift, or a cheap protection, (lightning greaves, spirit mantle, swiftfoot boots).

indestructible is very important. helm of kaldra and darksteel plate makes wrath of god and day of judgement feel like cataclysm.

after that, its pretty much just buffing him up and making him unblockable and throughout the game adding better protection on him (Elgaud Shieldmate, Darksteel Plate, Helm of Kaldra).Potential to combo off for infinte combat phases with:Sword of Feast and Famine + Aggravated Assault/Hellkite Charger

Sword of Feast and Famine was made for Ruhan. Aside from the fact, that it's part of an infinite combo with Aggravated Assault or Hellkite Charger, and has great utility on its own, it gives him protection from green and black! the only two colors he is not! I just love that.
