My casual Kruphix, God of Horizons Commander deck. I went heavily for flavor here, but I've also been really enjoying how it plays. It can take a while to go off (like most of my EDH decks), but once it does it's kinda ridiculous.

In the early game, there isn't a whole lot to do other than build up your mana base. There are a few good early creatures who can help solidify your board state, with Kira, Great Glass-Spinner being the queen in this regard, as she nullifies so much removal just by being on the table. Lorescale Coatl, Horizon Chimera, Fathom Mage, Thrasios, Triton Hero, and Rashmi, Eternities Crafter are also all good early drops. Additionally, there are a number of counterspells, which can help stall for a few turns until you have more mana out.

In the midgame, the goals are to generate lots of card advantage & use Kruphix's second ability to store up extra mana for big effects. The ideal condition is to have both Seedborn Muse and Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger out on the table at the same time. Some of the card draw & filter effects can help you find them. Once they're out, along with Kruphix, of course, accruing massive amounts of mana is incredibly easy. Throw in a little extra card draw & you'll have more options to throw down than you know what to do with, and all at instant speed!

With all this mana, you'll need some good mana dumps, which is where some of the monstrous creatures like Hydra Broodmaster, Polukranos, World Eater, and Gigantoplasm came from. I threw in Helix Pinnacle as a fun alternate win condition since it might be quite possible to end up with 100 extra mana over the course of the game. The major beatdown comes from creatures with P/T equal to the cards in your hand, hence Soramaro, First to Dream, Masumaro, First to Live, Overbeing of Myth, and Sage of Ancient Lore  . It should be pretty easy to accrue a hand size well over the normal 7 & end up with a massive army.

The weak spot of this deck is definitely lack of removal & very little in the way of board-clearing spells (certainly compared with my normal Wrath-happy style!). But what I love about it is its ability to come out of nowhere and suddenly blow up, so hopefully the opponents are caught off-guard enough to be completely unable to play catchup.

I'm loving the deck so far. Thoughts welcome, though flavor is taking priority over functionality to some degree with this one!
