A step in one direction is two steps away from another.

Mill

The primary win condition here is milling our opponents, while also milling ourself in the process.

Note that there is no Laboratory Maniac in here for protection, nor are there any Eldrazi shuffle triggers or anything else like an Elixir of Immortality - may be added in the future if I find they're needed after some playthroughs.

Mind Grind is the real finisher - fuel it with Cabal Coffers/Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and recur it if needed. Dread Summons can also function in the same way, as can Villainous Wealth (though it only targets one player).

Mind Funeral and Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker for more funeral/grind effects. Consuming Aberration gets bigger as opponents are milled and has a mini funeral effect on our spell casts.

Phenax, God of Deception gives creatures a tap-to-mill effect based on their toughness (most creatures have higher toughness). Nemesis of Reason mills on attack, Dreamborn Muse and Manic Scribe mill on upkeep.

Oona, Queen of the Fae and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant mill and create tokens.

Altar of the Brood, Mesmeric Orb, Keening Stone and Memory Erosion for constant sources of mill. Sphinx's Tutelage mills an opponent when we draw a card (hurts mono-color players a lot more). Nyx Weaver mills us on upkeep and also acts as a one-time source of recursion.

Tormod's Crypt and Bojuka Bog for exiling graveyards that can be problematic. Oblivion Sower for a little exile mill and possibly stealing a bunch of lands from an opponent after Crypt/Bog.

Recursion/Tutors

Wrexial, the Risen Deep, Diluvian Primordial and Sepulchral Primordial recur spells/creatures from opponents graveyards.

Skullwinder, Reclaim, Regrowth, Seasons Past and Praetor's Counsel recur things our graveyard. Archaeomancer and Mnemonic Wall get spells back to our hand. Magus of the Will for replaying spells from the graveyard.

Tolaria West, Sylvan Scrying and Crop Rotation help us get Coffers/Urborg online quicker.

Cultivate and Kodama's Reach ramp us up.

Draw/Filter

Sultai Ascendancy allows us to filter our draws and mill away things we don't need at the time (to be recurred later).

Ancient Excavation, Dig Through Time, Forbidden Alchemy, Lim-Dul's Vault, Rhystic Study, Treasure Cruise, Urban Evolution for draw/filter spells.

Control

Apart from mill, we want to play control until we can set up our board.

Toxic Deluge for a wrath, Cyclonic Rift for one-sided mass bounce.

Abrupt Decay, Beast Within, Reality Shift for spot removal (the latter two can be a combo with infinite mana to infinitely mill each opponent by manifesting their deck one card at a time and recurring with Tasigur for infinite casts).

Countersquall, Logic Knot, Spell Crumple and Swan Song for counterspells.

Miscellaneous

Propaganda for some defense, since we don't have a lot of creatures for blocking. Kiora, the Crashing Wave and Vraska the Unseen also provide some protection against attackers. Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver for stealing creatures from opponents decks (and a little bit of exile mill for other stuff).

Clever Impersonator and Progenitor Mimic for clone effects.
