Two primary wincons for the deck, as "polyjuice potion" would imply, are the transformation of a butt-ton of creatures into copies of either Pathbreaker Ibex or Kokusho, the Evening Star; if Pathbreaker, then make sure they are hasted and can attack. Kokusho strats are easier and don't require an attack, but it'll take nine of them to drain 40 life from each opponent. Pathbreakers, on the other hand, build up damage very quickly due to triggered abilities resolving separately:

• 1 Pathbreaker = 1(3x2^1) dmg = 6 dmg
• 2 Pathbreaker = 2(3x2^2) dmg = 24 dmg
• 3 Pathbreaker = 3(3x2^3) dmg = 72 dmg
• 4 Pathbreaker = 4(3x2^4) dmg = 192 dmg
• 5 Pathbreaker = 5(3x2^5) dmg = 480 dmg

All with trample, assuming your strongest creature has just 3 power. If Deceiver of Form is in play, then:

• 1 Pathbreaker = 1(8x2^1-5) dmg = 11 dmg
• 2 Pathbreaker = 2(8x2^2-5) dmg = 54 dmg
• 3 Pathbreaker = 3(8x2^3-5) dmg = 177 dmg
• 4 Pathbreaker = 4(8x2^4-5) dmg = 492 dmg
• 5 Pathbreaker = 5(8x2^5-5) dmg = 1255 dmg

Two primary ways to transform your creatures are Deceiver of Form and Polymorphous Rush; these can transform your tokens as well. There is also Infinite Reflection, but that cannot transform tokens (Sylvan Awakening is useful here). Deceiver is the best of the two, because it does not require the target transform creature to be on the battlefield, only on top of the deck. Since we are in BUG colors, tutoring and fixing a creature of our choice to the top of the library is easy.
