This deck is better than yours, it's smarter than yours, it's luckier than yours; This deck is the devil.

I've been working on playing, testing, and crafting this deck to be the most efficient mass killing machine I've ever used for over 2 years now. I've put a lot of time, money and effort into this deck and it shows by its ability to kick some serious a@#.

The goal of the deck is to be as oppressive as possible by breaking the will of your opponents. There is an inifnite turns combo in here, but each piece operates just as well separately.

The Axis of Evil

This deck extensively utilizes planeswalkers for control purposes. Jace, the Mind Sculptor provides some great utility, while Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker can finish games on his own if not dealt with. Ral Zarek is there to offer some serious tech and some removal and Karn Liberated is great for removal. I have had a turn 3 Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker that all but won the game by himself.

Combos

  1. Infinite Turns= Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Archaeomancer + Time Stretch

The Control

  1. Stranglehold = Prevents tutoring and ramp spells.

  2. Myojin of Night's Reach = Mass hand control

  3. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + ETB effects = Grixis shenanigans

  4. Devastation + Crucible of Worlds = Mass LD with me having an edge

  5. Multiple kill spells, removal, counters and plenty of board wipes to keep the board clear and free from threats

The Fundamentals

Since this deck is in Grixis colors, ramp is hard. That's why I use Tezzeret the Seeker and many mana rocks to help keep the mana flowing.

Card draw is supported in a number of ways by cards like Consecrated Sphinx and Necropotence. I also run sifting effects like Preordain to help eliminate the volatility of shuffling constantly from the fetch lands.

Updates Add

Just cleaning up the comments. I've been experimenting with some one-of draw sorcs, such as Syphon Mind and Fact or Fiction. Changed some cards around. I played this deck last night and it's still as deadly as ever and able to hold its own against some very powerful decks.
