Decided that the Arcanis-Matters combo was too blue-centric and wouldn't end games until I could tap Arcanis, making it slow. Additionally, all of the pieces separately didn't help move the deck along.
Cuts
Out: Arcanis the Omnipotent, Mind Over Matter, Library of Leng, Aggravated Assault
In: Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Zealous Conscripts, Archaeomancer, Time Stretch
The conscripts combo is an instant win through creature overrun, and Archaeomancer has synergy with the rest of the deck. It also can be bounced with Riptide Laboratory for infinite plays of Time Stretch, given enough mana.
I recently learned about this card, Mogg Infestation . It seems really good, thought I'd put it on your radar.

Thanks for the suggestions on my Thrax deck. Looking through yours I'm thinking I need a Treachery, Mana Vault, top and glen elandra. +1 from me.
