So I have been torn on trying out some newer cards because they conflict with the platinum emperion madcap experiment package, plus they are just expensive too. With Stoneforge Mystic unbanned it might be fun to toss in here, and I was also looking at Karn, the Great Creator since he could serve as another toolbox in addition to Glittering Wish. I would just have to make cuts to the sideboard to make room for a Karn wishboard . Suggestion's welcome!

So let me break down some of the combos and card choices:

Scapeshift : pretty straight forward, if we can hit 7 or more lands we can win with scapeshift, or search it out with Bring to Light.

Glittering Wish : This gives access to our sideboard toolbox, it can even grab a bring to light to help grab something from our deck, so it has a lot of potential here.

Nahiri, the Harbinger : all three of her abilities are useful here, we can loot, remove a threat, and maybe even cheat out an emrakul to close out the game.

Madcap Experiment : The only artifact in the deck is Platinum Emperion so this is a one card combo, it too can be fetched out with bring to light.

Gifts Ungiven : Another one card combo that can be fetched out with bring to light, this card does well in a large deck because we don't have to worry about drawing our reanimation targets. Even so this can also be used to grab other stuff like board wipes and targeted removal if the situation demands it. This one of the most versatile cards in the deck next to glittering wish.

Bring to Light : The catch all swiss army knife of the deck, this can be a boardwipe, a platinum emperion, a scapeshift, a gifts... whatever you need it can probably do!

The rest of the deck is removal, card draw, a bit of ramp, card filtering, tutors and threats.

I have actually played a similar version of this list at several casual modern tournaments and overall it plays how you expect, it beats fair decks and loses to aggro/burn and combo.

As for results:

wins: red black vampire, sultai snow, mono black zombies

losses: vizier combo, storm (almost won actually), UW control, red white humans, hollow one (kept a 4 card hand honestly this matchup could easily gone in my favor)
