Thassa w/ evasion, card draw and hijinks. Best suited for multiplayer as my 'control' cards often affect everyone (e.g. Cyclonic Rift , Evacuation ). Trying to keep this so that it's not too obnoxious to play against, which can be tricky when playing mono-blue.

This is a budget deck trying to hang with more expensive ones. I had most of the higher-cost cards already, so this cost me less than $60 to put together. If you substitute out Cryptic Command and Cyclonic Rift I think you could build this from scratch for less than $150. That said, they're two of the better cards in the deck.

**The price spike of Sakashima's Student after the release of the ninja commander makes a ~$20 difference. You could easily build without it.
