Broodbirth Viper

Creature — Snake

Myriad (Whenever this creature attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may put a token that's a copy of this creature onto the battlefield tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker he or she controls. Exile the token at the end of combat.)

Whenever Broodbirth Viper deals combat damage to a player, you may draw a card.

CamraMaan on Interaction between myriad and Ghostly …

I just need clarification... say Pramikon, Sky Rampart is in play to my left, and I can only attack right. I attack my opponent to my right with Broodbirth Viper. The tokens I create enter the battlefield tapped and attacking each opponent, so they get around Pramikon's stipulation, as it would only pertain to declared attackers. And if any opponent other than the one to my right were to have Ghostly Prison in play it wouldn't stop them either. Correct?

Thanks in advance!

Pedrodamus on Obeka Stack Interactions

Let's say I'm on my second turn off a Final Fortune. I proceed to combat and trigger Myriad off a Broodbirth Viper and end the turn with Obeka, Brute Chronologist before the end of combat to keep the myriad tokens. Does ending the turn at end of combat delay the Final Fortune trigger until my next turn's end step, or does ending the turn with Obeka during combat immediately put any and all end of turn triggers on the stack and I need to find another way to end the turn before those resolve and I lose the game?

I think tokens are the way to go. Trading tokens for big stuff. Think the Myriad mechanic. Blade of Selves, Banshee of the Dread Choir, and Broodbirth Viper. Other cards like Bitterblossom, and Thopter Spy Network, trad these cards in for the biggest nastiest creatures.

These are good for starters to choose from for cheating in value.

Also dimir has all the evasion. Cards like Dauthi Voidwalker, Lifebane Zombie, and Shadowmage Infiltrator to cards like Levitation, plus many more.

UPDATE 1

So a first pass at changing this deck just from things I had on hand. The following cards were removed:

Wistful Selkie

Thelonite Hermit

Experiment One

Patagia Viper

Elvish Visionary

Great Oak Guardian

Arbor Colossus

Loaming Shaman

Noble Quarry

Broodbirth Viper

Illusory Ambusher

Caller of the Claw

Kaseto, Orochi Archmage

All of these creatures were dropped to help reinforce the +1/+1 theme that the deck has. All of these creatures tend to lean more toward a Token theme, which might have helped with powering Ezuri up, but that's about it.

Scytheclaw Not enough effect and doesnt reinforce the Counters theme.

Orochi Hatchery Has counters, but leans into the Tokens subtheme the orginal deck had, so off it goes.

Caller of the Pack It's a big beater. Doesnt help Ezuri build Counters, and again leans into the Tokens subtheme.

Snakeform Too little effect and is token based again.

Sword of Vengeance A cool bit of kit, and will be going into something else, but doesn't help the theme here.

Vivid Grove Too little effect for its slot. Replaced with a dual land.

Vivid Creek Same as above.

Lol. OK, Encore something huge or with a ETB or even leaves the battlefield effect. Then equip Blade of Selves.

Banshee of the Dread Choir and Broodbirth Viper more of the same. Each opponent will be attacked by 3 creatures in a 4 player game.

Keiga, the Tide Star will automatically murder all but one copy, giving you one creature per opponent.

Daedalus19876 I like your statement on Grave Titan and token creation, and becoming the threat. I currently run Broodbirth Viper in my Araumi list for a quick, splashy play, but have considered cutting it for similar reasons to your statement.

I play in fairly creature-heavy meta, so Syr Konrad has helped me machine-gun out damage, especially with all of the group-mill and wheel effects Araumi wants to run. I've considered running Fell Specter to add some more sting to discards and punish the Wheel strats in my meta, but it feels a bit win-more to me.

Obeka looks awesome to brew, but Zealous Conscripts unfortunately doesn't work here, "at the beginning of the end step" and "until end of turn" are different, there's no delayed triggered ability you can respond to with "until end of turn", they just get their things back at end of turn as a state based action, there's no trigger Obeka can exile. I thought the conscripts and Molten Primordial would be really good but you can't abuse the theft, at least with just Obeka's ability.

Something you might want to look at is Myriad. With stuff like Broodbirth Viper or Warchief Giant, it makes copies of itself which also have Myriad. If you exile the "Exile the tokens at end of combat" trigger with Obeka, all the copies you keep also have Myriad, and will make their own myriad clones when they attack again! Don't forget Blade of Selves is also bonkers and if it's in your budget, would work great along with any of the nasty ETB's effects you want to be abusing.
