Jhoira's in rehab for a paradox engine addiction, but can't shake her hoarding habit. While I think preserving the artifact theme from before the p.e. ban is the most efficient build, i've added other historic spells that have some amount of synergy with Jhoira and/or artifacts. Win conditions are the dramatic scepter combo paired with walking ballista and rocks on board or aetherflux reservoir. Ulting Tez with a bunch of random artifacts is a backup plan.

I wonder if moving exclusively toward cheerios, eggs, and other low cost artifacts might be more efficient than what I'm doing now. I think I need more space for a couple more counterspells and one or two more copy artifact spells for the dramatic sceptor swans combo.
