I haven't created all too many decks in my time, and this is the first ever commander deck I've made. So any and and all feedback is welcome!

The main win-condition lies in door of destinies and the creatures plus artifacts that give +1/+1 counters.

Archetype of Imagination helps getting your creatures to attack the enemy health, thus enabling the Ninja's different abilities.

There are tutors such as Demonic Tutor and Vampiric tutor to find key-cards that help enable finding the ninjas you need to overpower your enemies. Having Higure attack the enemy will search for the different ninjas for situational use, and with Arcane Adaptation you can search for any creature you need.

Then you can search for cards like Ratcatcher to further get the ninja rats so you have more tempo and have a wider array at your disposal for different situations.

There are different spells and artifacts that enable the creatures to bypass defensive creatures, such as Aqueous form, Mask of Riddles, Whispersilk cloak and so on. The swords give different effects that can be nice, but protection from different colours can also enable the ninjutsu effect to get in strong creatures.

The swords also work well with the unblockable creatures, securing life gain, land untap and bringing creatures back from the grave. Bringing creatures back from the grave is quite important since there are key elements such as Higure that will be sad to lose, but with Sword of Light and Shadow, you can get him back from the grave and place him onto the battlefield again.

Senseis divining top might seem a bit unecessary, but I like it for the combo with counterbalance, which is really nice when there are barely any counterspells in the deck. Senseis divining top also works well with Yuriko to have the higher cost spells be activated by her, thus giving more damage to the enemies.

The rest is dependant on changelings and some of their effects, and if needed there is some mana ramp, tempo spells, and ultimately board wipe like Damnation, or Life's Finale.
