My first ever EDH deck. Based on powerful effects and impressive creatures. Theme is divine beings and colossal monsters in terms of responsibility or size (like Gods, Praetors, Eldrazi, Avatars, etc).

I wanted to have all the Theros gods and their weapons, all Phyrexian Praetors, all the main Eldrazi (minus Emrakul since it's banned...), and all the plane Souls in the deck, along with some other big creatures like Bearer of the Heavens, Avacyn, Angel of Hope, and Medomai the Ageless .

Progenitus is Commander for devotion purposes really. Child of Alara is another possibility for the commander though.

Academy Rector - The voice of the Gods' Omniscience. Sole purpose here is just to get Omniscience on the field.

Ideal win-con would be a Praetor's Counsel and Omniscience play.

Replenish not only brings back my regular enchantments, but also the Gods and their weapons.

Filled with destructive effects as well to fit the theme of the creatures (Wrath of God, Damnation, Plague Wind, Anger of the Gods, even Bearer of the Heavens).

Since a lot of cards cost a lot of mana in this deck, Fist of Suns and Quicksilver Amulet are two options I have of reducing mana costs to manageable levels. That is of course if I happen to not get Omniscience out somehow or it gets destroyed.

There's a lot of cards in the Maybeboard that I didn't feel like removing that added to the flavor of the deck but that I had to cut to get to 100 cards (Decimate, Disintegrate , Armageddon, Cruel Ultimatum, etc.). I spent a lot of time thinking about what to remove and in the end I removed cards out of a combination of 'does not really fit the theme' and/or 'has to go because I have enough of this type of effect already.' Therefore, I'm not sure about some of the decisions I made in cutting down to 100 cards, so suggestions regarding this are welcome!!
