This is my take at a planeswalker deck. I didn't like going infinite so I took out the chain veil which I know isn't a smart play but I don't want this deck to be as powerful as it could be.

Game Plan

Have s starting hand that is just filled with mana ramp and fixing. All of the cards that help do this can be found sorting by Custom rather than Type. Afterwards the hope is to get out Jodah and have a way to help protect him. This is done with many cards such as Lightning Greaves or Dihada, Shaper of Wills.

Lastly, cascade, cascade, cascade. Try to cascade with smaller cards first to get out Oath of Ajani and Oath of Nissa. Those two cards will nail the coffin in making sure you have enough mana for your planeswalkers and making sure you don't have to worry about color.

Afterwards attempt to get out the good combo pieces and go for a wincon. Unhindered from my tests this deck can usually get to a wincon by around turn 8. I currently do not know the absolute earliest I could win.

Good Cards to Get Out

Teferi, Who Slows the Sunset and Teferi, Temporal Archmage allow you to ramp very quickly especially with creatures or artifacts that can tap for a lot of mana such as Bloom Tender or Timeless Lotus

For helping your planeswalkers ult faster you can get out cards like Oath of Teferi or Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider

To help make sure your planeswalkers are protected or to better bounce back if they are attacked and possibly killed I would recommend Carth the Lion and Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs

Any of the mana dorks are amazing to help get Jodah out and once he's out turn into god tier mana dorks allowing you to play way more cmc worth of cards than others. The best one is Selvala, Heart of the Wilds

Win Cons

Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God has his ult and most decks will only have one to three legendary creatures or planeswalkers ever so using the removal this deck has or just a Ruinous Ultimatum can set you up for his ult.

Ways to Make the Deck Cheaper

Honestly you can organize the deck by price and just start replacing the most expensive cards with things that do similar effects and the deck will still work fine such as Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider for Lae'zel, Vlaakith's Champion
