This is my alteration to my slivers. I had lots of inconsistent cards that I removed for more consistency, and upgraded cards from budget cards, such as Vanquisher's Banner >> The Great Henge, and non budget changes like Three Visits >> Sylvan Scrying. Door of Destinies had some success in longer games but has been removed. Creatures coming in with +12/+12 out of the gate with haste is pretty strong, and it is a cheaper card you can run too.

Sliver Overlord is definitely the best Sliver Commander, I have much more fun with The First Sliver, you can do fun things like cascade a 1 drop into Profane Tutor or Ancestral Vision and cast it for free without suspend.

I find this deck gets weaker the more players that are in the game, you get a lot of hate for just being slivers so adding extra protection like Clever Concealment or a cheaper alternative And They Shall Know No Fear, as far as tutors go you can run Wishclaw Talisman or Scheming Symmetry in place of Demonic Tutor or Vampiric Tutor depending on your budget. Worldly Tutor can be replaced with Eladamri's Call, worldly is better for setting up cascades for free creatures but it is a cheaper alternative.

You can use your top deck manipulation I.E. Scroll Rack, Sylvan Library, Mirri's Guile with Descendants' Path to cast slivers for free and get a free cascade off them.
