An attempt to make an engine version of jhoira weatherlight captain. List is made from cards i have currently and is updated as i get them. The exception being jhoira and mox amber. I will srive to be competetive but will not spend thousands on one card. I wont be getting Timetwister, Mishra's Workshop, or any others that are ridiculously expensive. My limit is about 200 per card. This deck is by no means complete and i consider myself an amatuer when it comes to engine style decks and competetive building. Therefore help is appreciated.
