Combo lines:

Leyline of the Void + Helm of Obedience: Both pieces are good individually. Leyline is opponent GY hate (we care about our GY much more than opponents') and Helm is recurrable mill. Together you can kill a player at a time.

Mesmeric Orb + Basalt Monolith mills your library. Reanimate Thassa's oracle, win game.

Bruvac/fraying sanity + Fleet Swallower/Traumatize/maddening cacophany mills a single player out (or the table w/ cacophany)

An active Bloodchief Ascension + any of the big mill spells is game over for a single player. However, we don't run a lot of evasive creatures so accumulating 3 counters may be difficult as people will play around it (not shocking in lands, hating us out, etc.) It's low mana investment though and worth putting on field when there's another big threat on the table.

Syr Konrad + the big mill spells (pick the player with highest creature density) should do 10-30 damage to everyone. If cabal coffers + urborg is assembled, mana dumping into his ability is also feasible.

Mindcrank + Duskmantle Guildmage/Syr Konrad/Bloodchief Ascension starts a cycle that can kill usually kill the table

Duskmantle Guildmage + the big mill spells can kill a player/table

Consuming Aberration or The Haunt of Hightower can alpha strike especially if Wonder is in GY and Indestructible is granted by Daring Fiendbonder (easily assembled w/ Buried Alive)

Necromancy + Kederekt Leviathan for repeated stalls until you assemble combo lines

Undead alchemist + Altar of the brood starts a cycle that repeats leaving you with many zombies

Dread Summons or Army of the Damned (recastable if we mill it) + The Scarab God for big drains on upkeep. The tokens are also valuable as blockers and Undead alchemist/mindcrank fodder

peer into the abyss + Psychic Corrosion mills the table out

Dealing with Eldrazi, Gaea's blessing, Vigor/Dread/Purity/Guile/Hostility, getting milled: You'll need to rely on your Instant speed GY hate effects: Dimir Doppleganger, Scarab God, nezumi, Withered Wretch, Tormod's crypt, nihil spell bomb. Erebos's Intervention and Shred Memory are worth running too as they have utility as creature removal and transmuting. Undead Alchemist exiles them too.

Blightsteel/Darksteel Colossus, Legacy Weapon, Progenitus, and Nexus of Fate are more problematic. You'd be milling them for their entire library MINUS those cards. This is particularly a problem for Nexus of Fate (they can take infinite turns). Blightsteel could be a threat too, but only if they can grant it haste and you have no blockers (unlikely). Counterspells are not useful here, but bounce/exile/destroy are. For Nexus, you'll need to exile the spell off the stack, or exile it from their library. Discontinuity, Summary Dismissal, Praetor's Grasp work here.

If your meta runs more proactive GY hate (Leyline of the Void, Rest in Peace, etc.) you'll need to remove the permanent. In dimir colours, we don't have a lot of options, but there is Feed the Swarm, Blast Zone, Steel Hellkite, and Oblivion Ring.
