This is a “tribal tribal” deck that abuses Morophon’s tribal cost reduction ability by blinking and copying Morophon and creature typing enchantments (conspiracy & arcane adaptation) to change tribe modes based on what effects you want to use at the moment (reaper king, kindred cycle, horde of notions, etc). If you’re the type to say “why not just use omniscience?” Then this deck is not for you haha.
