Merfolk and +1/+1 counter synergies. Intended to be more of a casual deck.

Pir, Imaginative Rascal and Toothy, Imaginary Friend are secret/back up commanders as they synergize with and have been an awesome duo to play in this deck!

Ending up goign with chulane/tuvasa as the commander as this deck got split into a deck more focused on merfolk and the +1 counters stuff went to a RUG kicker deck.
