Maybeboard

Here we attempt to make a good spirit wincon!

The three main win conditions in this build are Eerie Ultimatum + Iname, Death Aspect , resource denial using Ruinous Ultimatum, Myojin of Infinite Rage, and/or Myojin of Night's Reach, and the backup plan is using Ramos, Dragon Engine to smack people and leave all the +1/+1s on it.

The easiest way to assemble a wincon is through Conflux. If Ramos, Dragon Engine is on the field, there are 3 or more artifacts or enchantments among the opponents board, and 12 mana* that has colors to cast a Conflux from hand, this deck can get infinitely huge trampling attackers. If only Ramos, Dragon Engine is on the field at this point, this infinite combo will one shot 2 players at the end, and for each other creature on your side of the battlefield it will one shot one other player. The combo goes as follows:

-Cast Conflux, which puts 5 +1/+1s on Ramos, Dragon Engine

-The Conflux pile will need Eerie Ultimatum, Iname, Death Aspect, and Dockside Extortionist. The other two cards can be any among Fierce Guardianship, Myojin of Seeing Winds, Ruinous Ultimatum, or Veil of Summer. If any of the combo pieces are already in hand, consider grabbing Myojin of Infinite Rage, Myojin of Night's Reach, or some more stack interaction.

-Remove 5 +1/+1s off of Ramos, Dragon Engine, creating WWUUBBRRGG.

-Use RR to cast Dockside Extortionist, creating 3 or more treasures

-Use floating UBB plus three more mana to cast Iname, Death Aspect, sending all spirits in the deck to the graveyard except the Myojins unless a Death Denied is in hand.

-Use WWGG and the 3 treasures to cast Eerie Ultimatum, returning all permanents but any Myojin from your graveyard to the battlefield.

-Deadeye Navigator should enter the field, which will soulbind with Dockside Extortionist

-Activate Deadeye Navigator to flicker Dockside Extortionist. If Dockside Extortionist creates 3 or more treasures, repeat this step to create infinite mana.

-With infinite mana, activate Flickering Spirit to bounce it to hand and recast it an infinite number of times to trigger Kodama of the South Tree, to make all your creatures infinitely big with trample.

-When moving to combat, Ramos, Dragon Engine and Glitterfang should both be able to attack, as well as any creatures that were on the field at the beginning of the turn. Each creature should kill a player. If any players are left in the game, the infinite mana loop should be repeatable next turn and infinitely large tramplers can kill them.

*This 12 mana figure is based on having no fetch lands in the graveyard and opponents have exactly 3 artifacts and enchantments. If fetch lands are in the graveyard, subtract 1 mana from the 12 for each one, up to a total of 2 less mana. If there are more than 3 artifacts or enchantments on opponents field, subtract 1 for each artifact or enchantment above 3, up to a total of 4 less mana. The bare minimum mana required is 3WUBRG to cast Conflux.

This combo is incredibly fragile and somewhat conditional. If Dockside Extortionist cannot create 3 treasures, using the effect of Glitterfang and Blinking Spirit to trigger both the Sire of the Storm and Primordial Sage will help get the resources to put together another wincon.

The Myojin lines usually are very reactive and quite simple. The main points are get a Doubling Season to give them 2 divinity tokens and to push Ramos along faster, and try to use two Myojins on the same turn of or any one of them plus a Ruinous Ultimatum. If possible, a Cavern of Souls should be used to help cast the Myojins. Cavern of Souls should almost always be called as spirits.

The backup strategy is very simple. If no other paths to victory are present, just do not activate Ramos and smack people with him, because he can get quite big if any of the counter doublers are on the field or either Abzan Charm or Jund Charm.

I am an amateur deck builder, and would like help in any way to speed up the deck, (please stay out of the reserved list in your suggestions), and any way to improve or provide more avenues for the wincons. I would like to stay with the spirit based wincons though, and if there is a better 5 color commander for this deck please inform me- RIP Golos. This deck can push for the win turn 6, maybe earlier with a perfect hand, but is not all that consistent. I do however anticipate this deck to be power level 5 at best, unless there is another consistent wincon using spirits that I am completely unaware of, so any suggestions would be very appreciated! I am also looking forward to the Kamigawa set which may bring new toys for this deck.
