Love the use of Glitterfang here. Have you considered Land Tax ? I love it in mill/discard since it lets you flood your hand with land and discard whatever during the end step.

Crow-Umbra, yep! I saw Vadrok when I was looking for a new commander and thought that he would be pretty good considering his ability supports so many strategies.
Btw when I was looking at decks for inspiration your list was one of the main ones, I love playing control and tempo and adding voltronesque qualities seems like it would make those archetypes stronger in a setting where you may not be able to control all the threats coming from 3-4 different players.
For your recommendations I have strongly considered adding Birgi, God of Storytelling  Flip, I just chose some favorites before her and didn’t have anymore room so it’s just a matter of find something to cut, maybe Elixir of Immortality .
I saw Glitterfang when putting together the list but it just seemed kinda meh, 5 mana for a 3 mana card, and Underworld Breach , Lore Drakkis , and Sevinne's Reclamation are already in the list.
Leonin Warleader is definitely good, after playing this deck some I’ll see if I need to add it.
Thanks for taking a look at this list, Vadrok is def awesome, also if you don’t mind could you tell me what you think of this list: Vadrok and Roll Tier 8? It’s a similar list where I dropped some of the cards that are just good for combat, flashy, or goodstuff for more ramp, tutors, and draw so that the deck is more efficient in achieving its combo.

Yay, another Vadrok player! Vadrok is a lot of fun, and can be built a lot of different ways. I took my build a similar direction as yours, wanting to combine elements of Voltron with tempo-control & the Dockside + Bounce spell loops combo. I'd recommend checking out the following, in case you haven't already:

Birgi, God of Storytelling  Flip - She came in clutch in my last game with Vadrok, & helped me get the extra mana I needed.

Glitterfang - Cheap creature that auto-bounces back to hand

Leonin Warleader - More of a meta-call, but just in case you want another effect similar to Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin .

A Vadrok Never Forgets

I'm currently toying with removing some of the mutate creatures (Cubwarden, Dreamtail Heron. Cloudpiercer) in favor of bounce-able creatures like Glitterfang that allow me to recast Vadrok for her mutate ability multiple times. Any feedback there would be helpful.

It’s looking better, one thing that still looks scary to me is the draw is a little low and your CMC is a bit high.
I have a Purphoros player in my playgroup and two cards that do work in that deck are Glitterfang and Norin the Wary . These two low CMC creatures can get several triggers from Purphoros.

1) Oh so I can't make the whatever is coming into play an artifact and then use the confusion ability?
2) Lightning Berserker will definitely replace Glitterfang .
3) skibulk You are right about brand having minimal effect. It would recover my artifact lands and that's it. Perhaps I should replace two of them with Force of Rage that kamarupa suggested?

Lightning Berserker seems better than Glitterfang . In a pinch you could play it normally and not be forced to return it to your hand. Kher Keep is legendary. With only 20 lands, getting 2 of them would set you back. Maybe swap 2 of em for 2 more Mountains. I'm not sure if Brand is worth it in this deck since most of the stuff you trade away gets returned or sacrificed?
Saltskitter is similar to Norin the Wary .
Faerie Artisans and/or Boldwyr Heavyweights would make things more chaotic. You probably wouldn't win with them, but they might be fun anyway.
