This deck's strategy is to go wide with tokens and take advantage of the +2/+0 ability from Gahiji, Honored One. Hopefully you can get your opponents to take advantage of this as well :)

The obvious finish is with a classic combo like Natural Order + Craterhoof Behemoth.

> This deck is expensive because of Gaea's Cradle and the Revised Dual Lands. These are easily replaced with less expensive options like Growing Rites of Itlimoc   and other dual lands (though this deck also runs Itlimoc).

Setting Up

Sylvan Scrying helps ensure you get Gaea's Cradle. Use Cradle and Growing Rites of Itlimoc   for a big Secure the Wastes, March of the Multitudes, Decree of Justice, Finale of Glory, or even a late-game Tilonalli's Summoner. Combo with Nyxbloom Ancient for even more insanity.

Use Idyllic Tutor, Enlightened Tutor, or Academy Rector for the big enchantments like Doubling Season, Mirari's Wake, Parallel Lives, Primal Vigor, or Anointed Procession.

> As this deck is light on creatures, it does not run Zendikar Resurgent

Finishing

Save your Worldly Tutor or Eladamri's Call for Nyxbloom Ancient or Craterhoof Behemoth. You can also tutor or Natural Order into Gisela, Blade of Goldnight but don't do this until you have enough mana and enough creatures out to attack the same turn.

Keep back Beastmaster Ascension until you already have at least 7 or 8 tokens out and can attack.

One key thing about Gahiji's ability, is that it gives your creatures +2/+0 until end of turn. Which brings us to the the play no one sees coming: Soulblast.

> Because Soulblast only targets one player, it's best to keep it back after attacking and getting the +2/+0 bonus. If you have 3 opponents left, maybe combo with the Craterhoof into two opponents then Soulblast the last opponent.

Alternative Wincons

The "hard mode" wincon for this deck is a classic with Shaman of Forgotten Ways.

> I'm toying with the idea of adding in Anger, Vedalken Orrery, and/or Rhythm of the Wild to help pull off the Shaman wincon as well as to help smooth out general play.

Purphoros, God of the Forge and Goblin Bombardment are options that effectively replaces a surprise Soulblast. However, both are easier to prepare for and respond to.

Weaknesses

  • The deck can be slow to getting a lot of tokens out since it relies on the classic token doublers.
  • The deck is also very weak against flyers.
  • Not a lot of removal

Maybeboard

My maybe board is really split between trying to help focus existing strategies, such as Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, or to combo off alternative lines such as casting Disrupt Decorum with a Bitter Feud out into Relentless Assault or Savage Beating.

The emblem from Elspeth, Sun's Champion would be amazing if you could only protect him. That's why I'm considering adding mana-intensive cards like Akroma's Memorial, Eldrazi Monument, or Sandwurm Convergence.

Adding Tooth and Nail and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite with the already powerful Craterhoof Behemoth would be sick, but I feel like the existing tutors already help set that up.

Lastly, there's alwaysthe tactic of re-enforcing the idea that my opponents should be also taking advantage of Gahiji's +2/+0 ability by attacking each other (since it pumps their creatures as well). Therefore considering a line of Ghostly Prison effects. The drawback here is my opponents often times don't really care about Gahiji's ability and building a pillow-fort is often too slow.
