Focused on dualcasting burn spells while keeping the pressure on with versatile wizards. Double Cast, Swarm Intelligence, and Primal Amulet are mostly what allow the dualcasting, whilst Niv-Mizzet, either of them, can serve admirably as a draw engine and damage dealer.

Attempting to get this ready for a locals tournament, improving it has been an exercise in frustration tbh.
