okay. no more Stone Quarrys or strikes. Added in some extra land, the Spark of Creativitys and Sweltering Suns. Also replaced a couple of Sunbird's Invocation with Hour of Devastation. It's looking a lot better to me right now.

This looks like a deck played in the October nationals, only with a couple less lands and a couple extra Lightning Strike/Magma Spray. Pretty much the rest of the deck is card-for-card the same.

I think you'll need the extra lands since there are so many high cost spells. But I think the deck will play better if you try out Spark of Creativity instead of the Strikes or the Sprays. Spark helps you hit lands every turn which this deck really needs. It looks janky but this is the kind of deck where it has extra synergy value. Spark also goes a long way to turning on Vance's Blasting Cannons  Flip.

I'd also suggest trying a couple of Sunscourge Champion to help fend off aggro blitz to give you enough time to get your top end going. I've tried a version of this deck with Sweltering Suns instead of the Abrade and that worked a lot better IMO too.

I get what your deck is trying to do, and I like it, but Spark of Creativity (while it is another 1 mana cantrip) is a terrible potential removal spell. It can only do up to 2 damage in this deck. You're better off with another real burn card (like Burn from Within, Hungry Flames, Structural Distortion) or a better cantrip (like Tormenting Voice or Cathartic Reunion)

However, there's a neat little trick you can do. Splash green for Cryptolith Rite, and while you have a single Thermo-Alchemist that can tap, all of your 1-mana cantrips are FREE, including Spark and whatever cantrip it peels off the top of your library. If you go that way, consider throwing in a Perpetual Timepiece to do a bit of extra damage in case they gain life or something.

As Foretold might look sexy, but the turn when you land it, you should have won or you will be facing serious problems. You lack the card draw to kepp it up for too much. I would replace Spark of Creativity for some card draw engine like Glimmer of Genius or the old Tormenting Voice and Cathartic Reunion. You won't be tossing creatures to the enemy so, Expedite could be a card to be replaced in order to get a draw engine.

Remember Magma Spray can't hit the enemy, only creatures. Try to think to balance its number with a more efficient removal like Harnessed Lightning.

No, it doesn't work that way. Only a card that specifically says "you may play an additional land this turn" will do that. What Spark of Creativity is doing is giving you special permission to play that card from exile, which you aren't usually allowed to do.

Baller list, friend. Couple of suggestions:

Spark of Creativity seems rough to use on your own creatures, since it is impulsive draw and you won't get to keep it around... Try Renegade Tactics or Dualcaster Mage or any instant-copying to extract more value from card draw.

Your token-makers are awesome and hilarious (on that note, try Empty the Warrens). However, it seems like you've gotta have a bunch of tokens out already in order to get value from Spawning Breath, etc. Technically, you can tutor for them, but I'd almost rather jam a couple token-producers rather than pay 12 mana for Planar Portal. However, red tokens is not my forte, so...I guess I can only suggest Goblins and Elementals. Akroan Crusader, Krenko's Command, Dragon Fodder came up after a quick Google search.

I think your "pump" section is also win-condition-worthy. You could cut some of the less helpful spells here after testing for more token producers, though, especially if you Expedite to draw 10 (because you'll draw into your pumping).
