The Plan

Drop an early-ish Rashmi, Eternities Crafter , play draw-go with reactive spells, combo off to win.

Combos

Eternal Witness + Ghostly Flicker + Peregrine Drake produces infinite coloured mana. Greenwarden of Murasa , Illusionist's Stratagem and Deadeye Navigator are alternatives. Only the single Peregrine as a blinkable untapper is a conscious decision to make it more inconsistent. Proceed to preferably funnel into an X-spell. Note that Finale of Devastation for Witness into combo lets you regrowth the Finale with the last blink to cast again for an arbitrarily large X.

The cleanest win is looping Seasons Past + Beast Within + Reality Shift + Ponder (any cantrip) to exile everyone's libraries.

Individual Cards

Agent of Treachery is a pet card.

Wall of Roots is a mana dork that "taps" every opponent's turn, good for responding.

Treasure Cruise and Dig Through Time count as their full cost for Rashmi's purposes.

Powering it Up

Mana dorks and cheap artifacts instead of Sorcery ramp, cut the big dorky stuff like Spelljack for cheaper interaction, basically try to bring the average CMC down to ~2. Move to Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Enter the Infinite combo.

Powering it Down

If your table is more casual, you can maintain the feel of the deck and play at a lower level by adding clunkier cards like Progenitor Mimic , Momir Vig, Simic Visionary , Nezahal, Primal Tide , Shared Summons , Desertion . If your group doesn't like combos, move to a creature-based kill with fatties.

Consider a copy and steal your stuff strategy, which scales very well with playgroup dynamics.

More creature-heavy decks would want Flash enablers like Leyline of Anticipation , Vedalken Orrery , Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir to keep triggering Rashmi multiple times per turn cycle.

Maybeboard includes cards I may or may not own because acquireboard is unwieldy.
