This is a morph commander under construction.

The main thought is that my opponent never really knows what I am playing.

Additionaly I want the land base not to get too expensive and refrain from using lands like: Fetchlands, Ravnika Duals, old Duals

At the moment I'm gathering possible good cards. I'm open for suggestions to add or to remove something.

Important rules:

A creature that was turned face up does not suffer summoning sickness unless the morph did and it doesn't enter the battlefield in some way (only the morph did).

Face down creatures don't have mana cost, abilities, or creature types on their own. (Bile Blight doesn't work for example)

Please note that morph is no activated ability, so cards like Training Grounds don't work. It also doesn't use the stack so opponents can't react to it and cannot counter it in some way. This prevents my opponents from killing my creature with a shock in response to me turning it face up.

Effects stay on a creature after turning it face up, so giving it +1/+1 in morphed state and then turning it face up will result in a still existent +1/+1 on the turned up creature. Counters will stay too and enchantments also.

A Meddling Mage prevent me from playing a Hidden Dragonslayer face up, but it doesn't prevent me from playing it as a morph and turning it face up afterwards.

Lastly creatures will be shown face up whenever they leave play, so returning it to the hand will result in it being shown face up to the opponents. And if a creature will be targeted by a Faceless Butcher and the Faceless Butcher dies later the creature will return face up.
