Krosan Cloudscraper Discussion

Vulshok Sorcerer da bin ich mir unsicher, was du damit willst. Ja, er kann gut sein, wenn jemand viele kleine Sachen spielt, aber sehr häufig ist er auch nutzlos.
Ich habe noch ein paar Empfehlungen, die alle irgendwie mit Countern synergieren: Bane of Progress , Bow of Nylea , Curse of Predation , Curse of Stalked Prey , Durable Handicraft , Fangren Firstborn , Forgotten Ancient , Jiang Yanggu, Wildcrafter , Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin , Longshot Squad (stellvertretend für alle Kreaturen mit Outlast), Mowu, Loyal Companion , Ravenous Slime , Rishkar, Peema Renegade , Rubblebelt Raiders , Song of Freyalise , Verdurous Gearhulk , Ravager Wurm , Rhythm of the Wild
Ansonsten empfehle ich Samut, Voice of Dissent . Ihr weiß kannst du wenn du willst ja auch ignorieren

I would love to see someone finally make Krosan Cloudscraper work in a deck. Sadly, I'm skeptical to its effectiveness as a blink target.

Krosan Cloudscraper , i wanted to play it in my blink deck but in modern they can destroy it with almost any removal. I drop this 13/13 by turn 4 morphing it and then Cloudshift on it. Do you think this card is worth it ?

Hey Gruul, your English is just fine! I checked out your deck and there were definitely some great choices that I hadn't ever considered before, particularly Blackcleave Goblin & Krosan Cloudscraper. I've also been thinking about adding Putrefax for ages, so I think I'll finally give that a go.
As for the mill theme, that's just personal preference. This deck is potent, but I don't need or want it to be at a cEDH level - I'm more of a 'kitchen table with friends' player. Although there are instant kill options in here, I'm not trying to go for that every single time. I like a bit of variety and simply wanted to have 1 mill themed deck and Mimeo scratched that itch.

Hello, welcome to EDH!
Firstly, 27 lands is not enough, especially in a three color deck. I would aim for 35-37 in this deck since you have 6 mana rocks.
If you are up for ordering cards, Command Tower should go in any commander deck with more than one color.
You are going to want Swiftfoot Boots to protect your commander and give it haste.
There are 2 different ways you can go about building the deck.
Either way is valid and enjoyable, it just depends on who you play with and how you like to play.
For either one though, you need more big creatures for Mimeoplasm's second targer for counters. Some good cheap options are Krosan Cloudscraper and Ghoultree. Inkwell Leviathan and Gaea's Revenge can be used as targets for the first or second ability.
Terastodon can be used as removal and then as counters later in the Mime.
Firstly, Gifts Ungiven is banned in commander. If you are playing casually it shouldn't be too big a deal, but I thought I'd let you know.
Metallic Rebuke is not very good here because the only non-creature artifacts you have produce mana, so you can't really use the improvise that often.
I don't know if you are going for a recursion theme, but generally in this deck you want your creatures to stay in the graveyard, so Wander in Death, Fortuitous Find, and March of the Drowned don't seem very good in this deck. A little bit of recursion is good in any deck, but this is too much.

I am trying to make a deck around Dubious Challenge, and I need cards that donate to the opponent that can be flickered back to me. We can just say I need a ...uh... Krosan Cloudscraper (I relize it's not modern legal, but it is a good example).
I specifically need the card to let me OR my opponent choose a creature (preferably) card and put it onto the battlefield. The cheaper the card (both mana and money) the better.
Thanks and Happy Hunting.
