When Temur War Shaman enters the battlefield, manifest the top card of your library. (Put that card onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)
Whenever a permanent you control is turned face up, if it's a creature, you may have it fight target creature you don't control.

Cut. Now the Grace Period begins. Assuming what is stated to be true, these would be the final cuts still in the running:
Sultai Charm (I guess the Modes are alright?)
Ghastly Conscription (Maybe this isn't as bad as I thought...)
Villainous Wealth (How was I able to ignore this?)
Obscuring AEther (Another Morph Mana Support that can even Manifest Itself. Dang...)
Secret Plans (Yeah, give the Morphs, Megamorphs, & Manifests +0/+1 & flip them Face-Up for Card Advantage? BAM!)
1x Wilderness Reclamation (I dunno, I still like Seedborn Muse …)
Cabal Executioner (I, mean, we have effects that negate sacing enemy permanents now. Can't we have Destroy Target Creature"? Oh, wait, we have two in these colors, but "Destroy Target nonblack Creature" & Destroying one that's Power 3 of lower is lame. But how good is this guy?)
Eternal Witness (Wait, how the bloody hell is this lass here?!)
Qarsi Deceiver (A mana Dork for Morph Effects, but one said I should have enough anyway.)
Root Elemental (Playing a card for free is awesome; especially something REALLY good...)
Silent Specter (There are no Morph effects to forcibly make an opponent discard their whole hand. Might as well make due with a flier I guess...)
Temur War Shaman (Manifesting the Top Card? At least the Fight Mechanic is Optional...)
Thought Harvester (NANI?! An Eldrazi Mutilates my Upside Down Stuff?! I just hope I can mill everyone before I mill myself...)
Whisperwood Elemental (Manifesting at each of your End Steps is great. even Saccing them, even if you sac this guy just to have others die, at least we're getting more Manifestoes.)
Cloud Key (Sure, choosing Creatures would be prime here, but what about Enchantments? Artifacts? Instants? Sorceries? They're options as well.)
Cloudstone Curio (This is required to mill the crap of your opponents. But we've enough Draw Engines to the point where Words of Wind is mandatory; at least Thought Harvester doesn't care about card draw stuff though...)
1x Crystal Shard (Strictly WORSE than the Curio as it has a price, & only affects creatures.)
1x Dimir Signet (Is it worth adding in the Signets as well as the Talismans? I'll leave that to you all to decide...)
1x Golgari Signet (See Dimir Signet.)
1x Helm of Awakening (This is the only "Spells cost less to cast" card I could find, but it also benefits the opposition.)
Lightning Greaves (Maybe I should don these awesome greaves again. You agree?)
Scroll of Fate (What more do you want? A free Manifest, & you will always know it's a creature or not, WHY DID I CUT THIS?!)

Apologies for the previous dupli-comment. The server was a bit off at the time...
Well, as an update to the deck: at least we can say Volrath, the Shapestealer is out, & Ezuri 2.0 will be staying for a very long while...
Also, being able to BOUNCE Mantfests to your hand w/ Temur Sabertooth , Words of Wind , even Scroll of Fate allows you a choice for Manifestation. While killing the ones you DON'T own via Thieving Amalgam is like a perfect vengeance; even cards like Qarsi Deceiver , Temur War Shaman , Whisperwood Elemental , even Ghastly Conscription , Ethereal Ambush , & even Write into Being .
Also adding Cloudform , We have an amount of 115 cards in so far; or 114 if nobody wants me adding such a card. From there, we have 2 things left; the 3rd Question about what helps Creatures; Morphs/Megamorphs/Manifest all apply to these Bylaws. & since all start as Faceless 2/2 Colorless Face-Down Token Creatures, the question now is: In Colors, what would be good for both , cards, & those w/ eith 2 Power and/or 2 Toughness, or lower even?
From there it's the first, & last question: What to Cut?!
I'll proceed in removing some of these things; they've been established anyway. :)
So, what cards that can support basically any Morphs/Megamorphs/Manifests (Colorless 2/2 Face Down Tokens.) can help big here?
I'm done for now; I'll just remove some things as they're accomplished...

I just realized I didn't answer your question very well. If you don't run the mask I'd cut:
Brave the Sands Just not worth the card slot without the mask.
Cryptolith Rite Unless you want it for the mana fixing/ramp.
Fabricate Basically just a tutor for the mask.
Tezzeret the Seeker Same as above with some extra utility.
As for replacements I found one off manifest cards to actually be quite good (like Temur War Shaman). I've had a lot of fun with Parallel Thoughts, helps to not mess with the top of the deck and has actually saved me from losing due to milling allowing me to steal back the win! Soothsaying is also just a really solid card, help and interacts with so many parts of the deck.
Unless you are hellbent on getting rid of the mask I would ask people you play with if it's fine if you use a proxy of it. Everyone I have played with is ok with me using a proxy of a super old janky card. But of course that choice is up to you.

If I have a manifested Temur War Shaman in play and choose to turn it face-up, will its own effect trigger?

To add to that, if you had a Temur War Shaman on the battlefield you could use the split second trick to make a Deathmist Raptor fight a creature without being able to respond with a spell, the real problem is just doing it with combat damage. Additionally, if you just keep your opponent from being able to cast spells at instant speed, such as with Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir or Basandra, Battle Seraph you could even use combat damage.

Hey there, cool deck!
You should also check out the manifest mechanic. Blue has plenty of scry and reordering the top cards of your library effects that can help you cheat out permanents (you can even Cloudshift a planeswalker/enchantment/artifact that's been manifested, and it'll return face-up. There's also several effects from the Tarkir block that say things like "face-down creatures you control get +1/+1" or whatever. Trail of Mystery, Temur War Shaman, etc.
In general, I think you might be spreading yourself a bit too thin with cards like Venser, Shaper Savant, 4 Knight of the White Orchid, and Reveillark...also, flickering doesn't let you use abilities that trigger only when a card is turned face up, like Stratus Dancer.

Temur is by far my favorite color combo in standard right now. mostly because it reminds of my izzet with a splash green :) (enter face of rage!)
seriously though, if you want to go aggro beats for beats with abzan you will either need to make an atarka landfall deck with cards like Scythe Leopard, Snapping Gnarlid, Makindi Sliderunner, Grove Rumbler, and Undergrowth Champion and splash blue for Surrak Dragonclaw. Then fill the rest of the deck with land and land search so you can proc as many times as possible in a turn for landfall. fetch lands, evolving wilds, and explosive vegetation are awesome places to start.
Aside from that, as far as your deck looks/goes you could do well to turn it into a manifest/morph deck and stomp all over anything that comes your way. I would also try to start a SideBoard because a deck is "fragile" if it does not have a solid SB. I would consider moving Stubborn Denial and Roast to the SB for Radiant Flames. it helps make way for your bigger creatures and gets rid of your opponents early game.
