Mastery of the Unseen
Whenever a permanent you control is turned face up, you gain 1 life for each creature you control.
: Manifest the top card of your library. (Put it onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up at any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)

Wow I'm excited to be here!! When I found this decklist it was almost like looking at my own deck! For a really long time I went with Thrasios and Sidaar, bringing lots of morph to the table, but since my playgroup had quite high powerlevel I had to shift into a manifest & flicker theme. My deck was built around sneaking in big things with manifest and then flickering them up in an opponents endstep, therefore relying more on etb effects and big permanents like Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, Sphinx of Uthuun and Soul of the Harvest. By then I felt like I had to switch out the commanders for Roon of the Hidden Realm to make space for Manifest/Lifegain/ETB themes. Although getting the powerlevel up, I feel like I've lost the original idea with the sneaking and making threats.
For me, your decklist gave me inspiration to go in a more hatebear approach in the future, probably cutting a bit part of the ETB theme since it will be a bit of a "nonbo" anyway. I espescially like your include of Pygmy Hippo!
What I would recommend you is to include stuff like Seedborn Muse, Wilderness Reclamation and Vivien, Champion of the Wilds to be able to respond more efficiently and be able to flash in Felidar Sovereign or use Mastery of the Unseen in every other players turn. One last tip is an underrated wincon that nobody expects if you succeed in manifesting it, and that is Shaman of Forgotten Ways. The faces of control players when they suddenly drop to 0 life because of them having 0 creatures on board is hilarious.
It's nice to see how great minds think alike, keep beeing awesome!

Okay. I'm the Reddit dude. Sorry for the wait. Life interfered and I didn’t have a great opportunity to write this, so my b. Here's what I'd try messing around with. I'll do my best to keep suggestions budget
Removal Naya Charm is a fog, removal spell, mass unblockablility, and a Regrowth all at once. Worth it. Generous Gift and Beast Within are also solid open-ended removal spells. Oblation , Chaos Warp , and Swords to Plowshares should do the rest
Draw Add Beast Whisperer , Guardian Project , and some other spells that draw off creatures. Your deck has so many creatures - might as well turn them into cantrips. Primordial Sage and Lifecrafter's Bestiary also come to mind. Maybe a Vivien Reid as removal and draw all in one, if you feel like splurging a bit?
Boardwipes, removal, ramp, draw - That’s the general stuff that each deck needs simply to function
Here’s some more niche stuff I think your deck could use
Protection Kindred Boon and Eight-and-a-Half-Tails are good at protecting your creatures, and what makes them better is that the're activated abilities - to say, your werewolves won't flip but you’ll get to spend your mana
The Other Stuff I really like Cult of the Waxing Moon , Tolsimir, Friend to Wolves , Bow of Nylea , Mastery of the Unseen and Boros Charm . Bow synergises particularly well with your commander, making blocking a lose-lose situation. Mastery of the Unseen is a solid mana sink, so you’ll have something to do on the turns where you don’t want to flip your wolves. Boros Charm ’s just insanely more versatile than it appears
Ok. This comment’s long enough as is, so I’ll take my leave. If you want a hand making cuts, though, feel free to comment and I’ll try to get back to you quicker this time :)

Rare/mythic morph cards or cards that care about face down cards especially if from older sets. They are all good prices right now and most will spike if a morph Commander is revealed.
- Voidmage Prodigy
- Dream Chisel
- Aphetto Runecaster
- Ixidor, Reality Sculptor
- Riptide Entrancer
- Deathmist Raptor
- Whisperwood Elemental
- Aphetto Alchemist
- Vesuvan Shapeshifter

if you want top-deck manipulation, then this deck wants Mastery of the Unseen and Primordial Mist . They're a powerhouse together. A good mana dump later on, and a free blocker every turn that you can exile to use later on.

If you want another way to play the card, you can do it with effects like Soul Summons or Mastery of the Unseen which will always be drawn as noncreature spells, but any Manifest card will be returned to your hand when it dies, because it was a 2/2 creature when it died.

Have you considered running the manifest tech in the deck? It will help you play those high cmc cards earlier. Mastery of the Unseen, Lightform and Cloudform are some of the cards I have in mind. Also, you seem to have missed Insidious Dreams and Vampiric Tutor. It's a pretty good way to get high cmc cards on top of your library. If the budget isn't tight, Jace TMS should be an autoinclude.

If your maybeboard consists purely of cards you own/can obtain, these are my suggestions:
- Submerged Boneyard --> Sunken Hollow
- Meandering River --> Prairie Stream
- Dismal Backwater --> Drowned Catacomb
- Forsaken Sanctuary --> Hallowed Fountain
- Tranquil Cove --> Temple of the False God
- Jwar Isle Refuge --> Exotic Orchard
- Scoured Barrens --> Esper Panorama
- Arbiter of the Ideal --> Eldrazi Displacer
- AEthermage's Touch --> Coalition Relic
- Dead Reckoning --> Conjurer's Closet
- Lavinia of the Tenth --> Kaya, Ghost Assassin
- Mastery of the Unseen --> Eerie Interlude
- Haunted Crossroads --> Gonti, Lord of Luxury
