Zur can find your power artifact, he can even go get his own greaves with diplomatic immunity.

Moat is a 4cmc enchantment, gotta tutor or draw. Zur is our flyer + ambassador + wayfarer makes 3 summon spells. Meekstone also halts bigger creatures.

Tabernacle + Pendrell Mists make creatures expensive to keep on the field especially if they cant attack (moat) or untap (meekstone)

It's only my opinion, but I think this would be a high level casual edh. Probably couldn't hang with cedh even with the p9 +++++++ Maybe squeak out a win or two.

Soothsayers can get you to a wincon if all you have is mana.
