Mind-miller

The Mindskinner Commander deck built around milling with combat damage using your commander. Since the commander has such a big stat line, the deck is built around exchanging your commander to your opponents, goading it, then copying your commander back to do it all over again. We do this for a couple reasons

  1. Gets around the legendary rule in a fairly cheap way, as cards like Helm of the Host, Auton Soldier, and Quantum Misalignment are pretty expensive
  2. Allows for a degree of haste, swinging on your turn, then forcing your opponents to swing for you to mill the table faster
  3. Prevents your opponents from killing you to early, as scary mid-range aggro decks will have all their damage prevented
  4. It's funny

Aside from this, to close out the game, there are a couple of mana duplicators with High Tide and Extraplanar Lens that can be used with group hug draw cards to end the game, like Prosperity and Minds Aglow, in addition to providing some of the best mana to draw ratios on a draw spell for a low price tag.

If your strategy gets sniped, you can stall out the game with a plethora of board wipes and fog-like effects, like with my one of my favorite spells Illusionist's Gambit.

An ideal opening hand will have a draw spell, clone spell, exchange spell, and a goad spell, but good luck getting that. I would hazard away from any opening hand with two or more clone spells or exchange spells, as they are useless unless you have a good creature like Renegade Silent or Body of Knowledge.
