Super Solemn Simulacrum: 5 Color Value Blink

Since the lands Golos tutors for ETB tapped, leaning heavily on lands that ETB tapped isn't too strenuous.

Early game is dedicated to casting Golos as soon as possible. Staples like Sol Ring, Rampant Growth, Sakura-Tribe Elder, Sylvan Caryatid, Mind Stone, Chromatic Lantern, and Kodama's Reach offer up opportunities for color-fixing. Talisman of Curiosity specifically for additional early access to key colors blue and green.

Coiling Oracle, Elvish Rejuvenator, Nissa, Vastwood Seer  , and Wood Elves offer their ramp in the form of ETB effects we can abuse. Wood Elves can also look for dual typed forests, not just basics.

Once we cast Golos, we will typically tutor up a guildgate in our missing color(s). If not, we have a handful of utility lands in Bojuka Bog and Field of the Dead.

Then the goal is to build up the board with creatures with valuable ETB effects. Panharmonicon, Brago, King Eternal, and Yarok, the Desecrated allow for extra shenanigans.

Winning will typically be from controlling the board with effects from Ravenous Chupacabra, Duplicant, Brutalizer Exarch, Acidic Slime, Lavinia of the Tenth and Agent of Treachery or with huge armies from Avenger of Zendikar.

If not, winning with Maze's End is not out of the question. Circuitous Route, Gatecreeper Vine, and District Guide assist in finding them. Make sure not to play lands before activating Golos so that you can play guildgates you reveal off the top, otherwise they will be exiled forever. Wayward Swordtooth saves us in case we reveal two at once.

COMBO POTENTIAL

Combo Situations are abound as well, and you will likely draw the ire of opponents should they see one of these pieces with an answer in their hand.

Along with the well known combo between Peregrine Drake and Deadeye Navigator there are other more complicated situations requiring more cards along with the drake to generate an infinite amount of mana. Keep in mind that for B1, you'll want at least 2 land sources of the colored mana of the instant you are casting to flicker the Drake. If you do not you will have infinite amount of mana but not of each color.

On that same note, it's also possible to create a situation where an ETB effect can be looped over and over again.

Infinite mana can mean infinite Golos activations. With the right cards still in your library, you can cast enough cards to combo out with one of the Win-cons below.

Any of the following ETB effects have a potentially lethal effect when repeated infinitely.

Acidic Slime to destroy all lands.

Venser, Shaper Savant to bounce all lands.

Avenger of Zendikar for infinite creatures.

Thragtusk for infinite creatures AND life.

Gonti, Lord of Luxury to exile libraries.

Note that the Drake + Navigator Combo can also infinitely repeat these ETBs.

UPDATE 09/05/19

Add in Saheeli Rai for an additional combo with Felidar Guardian.
