Even a man who is pure in heart, and says his prayers by night; May become a wolf when the wolfsbane blooms and the autumn moon is bright.

This deck is a work of passion. Werewolves are one of my favorite fictional creatures and they finally made a viable Werewolf commander. I knew as soon as they announced Tovolar, Dire Overlord   that I had to build him.
